She told me that I would need two sessions to get significant improvement for a paramedic scar. She showed me highly edited after photos, which, after speaking to other professionals, I was told is impossible to achieve with a camouflage tattoo. She messed up my skin, made false promises, and left me with orange dots on my scars. I had to reach out to her multiple times to book an appointment and was ignored for over a month. I called, texted, and emailed several times. When I asked for a refund for my second prepaid session because I haven't been happy with the results and it's been difficult to schedule an appointment, she refused and had the audacity to blame it on me. She said that I asked for an appointment in May and she didn't have one. She started gaslighting me about being at a wedding and having other commitments. I simply confronted her with the facts about when I reached out to her and that I never asked for an appointment in May. She suggested it and then never followed up. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she had the audacity to say that she never encountered a client that bullied her like this and that I'd give her anxiety. She blocked me everywhere without providing me with a refund. I'm still baffled by her response, as I have been communicating with her very kindly and patiently. Not only has she been rude, but she also provided me with a horrible experience and is trying to steal my money. There is a reason she has her Google reviews off. Initially they said this course is all you need and you will be able to work on clients right away, but the first day of class, the instructor gave subtle hints that everyone usually goes for multiple courses and just one course isn't enough. The instructor (owner) was also late almost every day. Said they will be hands on but they just leave you there to "practice" most of the time. Definitely DO NOT purchase any of the machines/products they sell. Standard cost for a top notch PMU machine is within $1000. They charged us $2500 for the stupid machine that doesn't even use universal cartridges which means you can only buy refills from them as they are the sole provider in the whole country. None of this was mentioned in class. The owner is very entitled, arrogant and does not care about your learning journey at all. Please save thousands of your money as I have now learnt there are so many PMU teachers out there that actually care and will teach you better for much less and won't push their products on you rather they will educate you on the best products in the industry unlike this unethical business!
