The first time when I had my eyelash extensions (classic set) was at some nail boutique elsewhere and the extensions were good but in hindsight, not sure if it was a the best choice for hygienic reasons/customer service. I booked my appointment online, which was super convenient (for someone like me that doesn't like to phone for appts). When I arrived a little too early for my appointment, they were able to take me in right away. My lash technician was Liz, who welcomed me with a smile and was very engaging to find out exactly what style I was looking for. Since don't have much experience with getting lash extensions, I had lots of questions and she happily answered them and explained them in detail. When I wasn't sure what "dramatic curl" would look like, another technician told me she had them on her lashes and showed them to me so that I can get a better idea. The area where you receive the lash extension service was a shared space with multiple reclining chairs, I didn't mind since I'll have my eyes closed anyway. Liz offered me a blanket while I get my service done ( it was bitterly cold that day). After about an hour and a half, I had voluminous lashes that was vacation worthy! I see a lot of low rating reviews for this place but I have to say, I had a great experience.

I havnt done lashes since the pandemic , but I've had lashes done for 10 years, by the most amazing lash artists in toronto and Brazil. I gave the beauty house lash girl my lash measurements and hoped for the best. When I opened my eyes, omg I was so shocked- it was not not not what I had in mind. I don't know how each lash artist interprets the lash measurements, but it was not my look. Fine, she was young and maybe she had a style. (I'm in my 40s, and she did not ask me what I was looking for either- but I didn't know you could interpret measurements and how they look). The lashes were so long and crazy looking. When I got home I took a closer look and the lashes were also thick and cheap looking, and there was globs of glue everywhere. She was also finished in less than an hour- totally unheard of for a full set and for doing such a bad job. This is not the job of a top lash artist. They also charge by the minutes it takes to do a relash- but if you don't know how to do the lashing properly, how can you try to be so fast? I say take it slow and do the job right!! I had my lashes removed by a lash girl I have in the interim- she's pretty good. I'm still in search of my next lash girl. I don't recommend the beauty house. It's not up to the level they should be for promoting lash extensions as their main business. They need to improve a lot, or charge a lot less for their skill set.

Service: Lash Lift and Tint…read more Experience: I showed up and was taken in for my appointment on time which I always appreciate. The woman who did my lashes seemed to be knowledgable and and prepared me by talking about what to expect, and showing me what her lashes look like (she also had the lift and tint). That was helpful I was really happy with my lift, I was told it would last 6 weeks + and it lasted about 2 months before some of the lashes started to look less curled. I'm impressed by that! Seems like a great bang for your buck The tint lasted a shorted amount of time, but honestly I wore mascara even when I had the tint so it didn't really matter to me Will be going back for another tint soon

I went out of my way to get there earlier to accommodate them, trying to be considerate as it was Friday night and I was probably the last appointment. The girl who worked on me was a smoker and her hands smelt like second hand smoke. If you read the instructions they ask you to wash your hair, etc before the appointment I imagine for hygienic reasons. I spent the duration of my appointment inhaling the smell of second hand smoke. Not so pleasant. She worked on my right eye which took quite awhile but when she worked on my left eye, the amount of time spent was so fast. When she finished, she gave me the mirror and it was completely noticeable that the eyelashes were uneven. My left side did not match the right side. I asked her if it looked like it didn't match and she said she used the same size eyelashes on each eye. But she sat me down again and added some longer eyelashes to the left eye. It helped a bit but I still didn't feel like it looked good or even. Anyways, seems like she was in a rush to leave. Her friend was waiting outside and she was on her phone texting while I was paying. I went to work on Monday and my coworkers told me it was horrible before I said anything at all. Unfortunately, I won't be returning as I went to a different place after, that is more expensive and further (super unfortunate because I live so close to Fabulash) but they had exceptional customer service skills and made sure their customer was satisfied. Update in response to Fabulash: I've attached a picture of my appointment confirmation. My appointment was on July 20 but I didn't write a review until Sept; as you mentioned in DM that you only checked back 3 weeks for a Melissa C in your system. This isn't a fake review. Let me know if you need further proof.

For starters, I have dabbled with eye lash extensions for years from different salons to technicians in home. The more first experience was interesting as I wasn't used to lashes weighing down my eyes, once I got used to it the maintenance and care became a little too much for me and my busy schedule. When I first approached Fabulash I had already had a lash tint done at another salon. When I was in for the appointment I got to talking to the lash technician Brittney, I told her about my past experiences and she recommended a lash lift with my tint so I went for it. I think the total experience was around an hour or so. And let me say it was totally worth it! My first lash tint only lasted two weeks, Fabulash's tint and lift lasted about a month and a half! Brittney was very patient and knowledgeable, she answered all of my question and more. I was really impressed because she honestly told me the tints/lifts typically only last two-three weeks but mine lasted way longer. You can really tell that Brittney really cares about her clients and knows her stuff. The salon is convenient and welcoming, on top of everything Brittney let me take as much candy as I wanted from her candy bowl. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a lift/tint. Brittney is your girl! Note: The salon is on the third floor of the building so just be prepared to climb.

Less maintenance than extensions, perfect curl when you wake up, no more eyelash curling and pinched lids! Lasts until your lashes naturally fall out, 6-8 weeks. Perfect for me because my lashes are straight and point downward into my eye, and when i curl them, it usually only lasts for a few hours. Irene was the lash technician who did mine and she was so so helpful! Answered all my questions and was super accommodating. While it was a bit difficult trying to visualize how the 3 different curl intensities would look on my eyelash, Irene was so helpful (and patient) in trying to help determine what look I was going for. I chose the most intense curl and I love it, and am so glad I went with this vs the medium curl. Costs $60, which is one of the better deals in town - It is still a bit pricey for me, but I will definitely return to have it done before going on vacation, etc. :)

Pros: I had my eyebrows threaded for free since it was my birthday month, they looked awesome after. Customer service was great, they refilled my lashes after 4 days because so many fell out. Price was also good since they had a promo ($85 for 60 lashes per eye). Cons: SO many lashes fell out. By day 4, I only had 20-25 lashes left (I had 60 originally) on one of my eyes and came in for a recount, where I received a free refill to 55 lashes per eye. I know that 1-2 lashes can fall out per day, but it's day 8 now and both eyes are only at ~30 lashes each. I am really disappointed because 1) I purchased the sealer and am using it as indicated 2) I have not worn ANY eye makeup since I had my lashes done 3) I don't sleep on my face or rub my eyes. I'm giving a 3 star since I had my eyebrows done for free and they gave me a free refill but I'm disappointed that my lashes can't even stay a week (might be an issue with the glue they use or lashes were too heavy for my eyelashes).

The original reason for leaving Keiko was because she was getting more busy and the job got a tad sloppier, although for the price she was definitely more affordable. I tried the 3D volume lashes here at Divine lashes and had them for 3 weeks before I had a refill. They stayed on great and lash separation was amazing, (sometimes stylists clump two lashes together). If you take care of them properly(wash them, comb, blow dry cool) they'll last you a lot longer. I opt to go for the natural flair with C curl. My stylist was great, we have a consultation first and she explained to me my maximum length (30% more than my original lashes) would provide me with the longest wear. She was very carefully in understand what look I wanted and told me we could keep changing it as we go on, which I did upon my refill. I decided to try the D curl this time, which was more curly and made my eyes pop more. The facility is small, but clean, and professional. The little things I notice them do that drives them over the top for me is that they carefully clean your lashes before application, provide you with eyelash soap, and keep track of your eyelash status. I typically have more lashes on my right eye and she would try to match it up with my left so that both sides looked even.I highly recommend coming here if your budget allows for it.

I do appreciate that they take clients with existing lashes for a full without having to completely re-do the entire set. They do have you come in for a consultation just to make sure the lashes were put on correctly, but they were kind enough to note in my profile that I'm a regular so I won't need consultations anymore (amazing). Yana did my lashes, and she was super attentive to what I wanted and the lashes came out fluffy and full-- she was also super fast which means she knows how to put together the lashes quickly with experience. However, normally my local lash artist usually can tell what kind of curl and length my lashes are, but Yana wasn't able to so the lashes didn't match the current curl to the ones I had. But I should have also mentioned they were D curls instead of C curls. Anyway-- it still looked fabulous.

There are not many places I would say that consistently make me feel great every time I step out their door. Lust for Lashes not only have some wonderful experiences but also wonderful people who work here. Michelle, the owner, has been hands on but also working hard to give the best experience. You will get the most beautiful lash extensions that look real and make everyone wonder what mascara you're using cause it looks too good. Like I said, I've been going to Lush for Lashes for a long time... back when they're in a tiny little historical room on Queen St. Now in a gorgeous open and serene new place on Dundas, it helps to curate that calm environment where you can relax. Unlike other places where the music is popping and there is a buzz of energy from gossip, this is about creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. Some people do talk ... but often there is a soft background beat and focused lash artists creating their magic. I've been to at least 5 different artists and I can safely say that 2 of them are just otherworldly excellent with the rest being very very good for lashes. You will look instantly a better, more awake, and more glam version of yourself. You will have stunning yet natural lashes that easily last 3 weeks. One thing I do love is that they do customize the design to what you like... cat eye (more glam and winged), doll eye (more centred and more natural)... and then you have the option of full sets and partials as well. I usually get the full set doll eye for every day and when I know a big event is coming up, I go a little more and get a full cat eye. Everyone always think I have gorgeous full lashes now. If there is one magic item in my kit to elevate my look every day, it's my appointment for Lush for Lashes. The lash artists here are wonderful, on time (always), and you will look like a million bucks but it doesnt cost it.
