Peruvian food is one of my favorites and I'm so glad we now have Inkanto in our community. Their menu includes classic dishes like papa a la huancaína (boiled potatoes in a creamy sauce with ají, onion, and garlic), lomo saltado (stir fry with marinated strips of sirloin with onions, tomatoes, fries and rice), ceviche, tallarín saltado (noodles with sautéed chicken or beef), and arroz chaufa (fried rice). They also seem to switch it out quite a bit so you're able to try different things. Their alfajores are pretty good too although not available all the time. The owner, Jony, is super nice, answering any questions you might have and making recommendations if you need help making a decision. You can also call ahead to order and they'll have the food ready by the time you get there if you want it to go. I have been following Inkanto ever since they had pop-ups at Mother Road and then at Ksero Grill. Inkanto is now located on 3rd & Lewis in the same building as Arepa Bar and Granada (Mexican juice bar). They all went through the Kitchen 66 restaurant incubator program and it's so cool they collaborated to be in a brick and mortar spot together. Doña Carmelita (Mexican food) is also in the same building, which has been there for a while. The place itself looks great since I last visited. They painted the outside and it looks a lot better! I love how spacious it is and how much seating is available. There's usually Salsa or Mexican music playing, so they make my dance heart happy.

The place is like a food court, not great but acceptable. Not a destination but maybe a try something different.

    Lomo saltado 10/10.

This place is wonderful, there's more than one restaurant inside this place. My husband and I ate at two different restaurants. Is our second time coming here and the food is delicious and well presented. The place looks very neat and clean. There's music playing in the background at all times. You get to seat and order wherever you want. No servers and on one bothers you after you get your food, is perfect.

Food was very good, outstanding service and great atmosphere. Servers are welcoming, respectful and they give you your space after the food is served.

This food is absolutely amazing- they really care abt what they make and they do it well. We go here every week- some of the best food in Tulsa! I am picky abt my food- and my fries...omg are the tatters crispy and the meat and sauce...oooooooo yea!!!

What an unexpected find in Tulsa. We just enjoyed some fantastic food at Inkanto Peruvian Cuisine restaurant. Such wonderful spices and variety of dishes and sandwiches. I am looking forward to our next visit so I can try some of the other dishes.

Tried this place for the first time in the Mother Road Market on Route66 and enjoyed the dish. I forgot the name of the dish but it's noodles as you see in the picture and everyone had their eyes on it. Will buy this again.

Since March 2023, they have expanded to serving Peruvian cuisine only on Wednesday and Thursday while continue to serve Venezuelan cuisine from Friday to Tuesday. I am not exactly sure why not just serve Venezuelan and Peruvian cuisine everyday. I came in on a Thursday and was limited to the white menu, Peruvian cuisine only. Not happy already because the main reason why I came in was to try the 3 meat combo from the grill. Nevertheless, I decided to stay and got the tallarin saltado with is sautéed sirloin beef stir fried with onions, tomatoes, and noodles. I actually prefer this dish over the lomo saltado with comes with rice and fries which I had the day before. The restaurant was really slow on Thursday evening and presumably Wednesday as well. Google still shows that they are not open on these days. There was just one other table dining and the restaurant was dead silence. There was just one worker, maybe two, but one person should be enough. They really should just provide both Venezuelan and Peruvian food all the time, not 2 days of Peruvian and 5 days of Venezuelan. It just adds too much confusion and may result in customer's dissatisfaction like me today. I really don't want the restaurant to become KzeroGrill in the distant future.

The staff is friendly and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, which always makes the experience better. Food comes out all at once, which I appreciate because you are not waiting between dishes. I ordered: * Lamb empanada with Chipotle mayo * House salad * Mixto with mahi mahi and shrimp * tres leche cake The lamb empanada was soft, juicy, and full of flavor. The house salad came with a lemon dressing that was fresh and bright. Adding the chipotle mayo as a dip for the empanada was a great choice and added another layer of flavor. The mixto was a standout. The mahi mahi and shrimp were both tender and sat in a flavorful curry sauce that paired perfectly with the rice. The plantain chips added a satisfying crunch, and the vegetable based dip that came with them was a great complement to the dish. For dessert, I tried the tres leches cake because the house made ice cream was not yet available. It was a nice, sweet finish to the meal. Overall, this is a spot I would return to.
