The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring. Chris did my original piercing, took the time to explain everything, used implant-grade titanium jewelry, and gave very detailed aftercare instructions, which helped me feel confident and safe. Over a month later, one of my piercings fell out (my fault--I adjusted it when I shouldn't have), and I was fully prepared to give up on piercings forever. Chris was able to use a taper and fix it with no problem at all, and I was so relieved and grateful. Because of this experience, I will absolutely be back in a few weeks/months for more piercings. If you've had trouble with piercings in the past or feel nervous, this is definitely the place to go.

Today, I went back to Unify, and the owner, Bart, attempted to fix what the original artist had botched. The original tattoo had been so awful, that even trying to overlay the original signature he was unable to exactly duplicate the original signature. Bart was fantastic, taking the time to listen to my concerns and offering several solutions. I opted to have him replicate the signature to the best of his abilities. I will highly recommend Bart, but as far as the rest of the shop, if Bart is out of town, the overall ambiance of the shop is completely different and unwelcoming.

But I would not know that unless they mentioned it. Anyway I was given a price of $11.99 which was a good price. Well I get to the store. I ask a guy who works there about the wine I was looking for and instead of saying "I don't know the answer." he gives me the wrong answer. I almost start heading back to downtown to the winery but the traffic was crazy. So I pull over and look up the wine online. The guy should have said, "I don't know." instead of giving me bad information. So I paid for the wine which ended up being $1 more than I was quoted but the guy at the register was also cranky because I was so frustrated with the entire situation of stupid. Well I did calm down but this is the last time I will ever go back there. I would rather go to Walmart which I absolutely dislike and I would never spend a nickel at Broudy's because he could give two tosses about St Augustine except for all the money he will be making. So if I really need alcohol or wine there is a drive in store by the Winn Dixie which is totally out of my way but they might have more intelligent and nicer staff.
