If you're active, you know the drill: ice, heat, ibuprofen, compression and if you want to get back to your usual, a good physical therapist. I've been coming here since July. Everyone here is the best! From checking in w/ Britany/Charity to getting assessed by Dr. Kacie to being guided by PT Assistants Alex, Jesse & Luis, they are all focused on helping clients get back to their regular activity level. This isn't my first rodeo so I'm familiar w/ many of the exercises but appreciate coming here, with people who really care about my recovery + it's obvious they all enjoy what they do! Then one morning I awakened with a jolt and severe pain. I am now familiar with torn ligaments, apparently sustained in a fall late last year. And with the onset of arthritis. All 3 of the doctors I talked with suggested physical therapy for 4-6months and taking another picture. This was the place recommended by my primary care physician The atmosphere is real laid back. Her assessments are incredibly thorough--she doesn't just treat symptoms, she finds and addresses the root cause of the issue. When I first started seeing her, I could barely stand up and sit down due to the pain in my knees (degenerative arthritis), and seeing her combined with the exercises that she has recommended, I am now able to do weighted squats, which I never thought I'd be able to do again. I can not say enough about the staff, they are absolutely amazing. The staff have always returned my calls, know my name when i come in, and i have never had to wait more than 5 min to be seen. David Tom Connor and Sam are super amazing. They all took the time to listen to how I got injured, what my complaints were, where I would feel pain while doing the exercises. They even took time to address any questions that I had and were willing to let me call them if anything ever came up. They've significantly increased their already inflated cost per session since last year and will…read moreonly consider reduction depending on how much they get compared to your settlement, which is ridiculous when their cost per session are insanely inflated compared to what is done during the session. They need to understand majority of their revenue comes from auto accidents and a standard reduction should be offered regardless of settlement. To top it all off, they refer you to other medical practices that also charge inflated costs for office visits, which the one I was referred to as my primary physician absolutely refused to reduce their final bill (it was actually the same business disguised as another medical provider... go figure). Communication with anyone that's capable to assist in the billing process dismisses you. Avoid if you want to pay reasonable medical bills that makes sense!

Likewise I was injured in an accident and wanted to follow up with my doctor regarding treatment. The clinic took my call and immediately focused on my accident. They rushed me to be seen only to push some chiropractor ( Daniel Spillmann @ az personal injury centers) on me that likewise shares a space at their clinic. That chiropractor took down my information and wrote me a referral for imaging and assured me that an attorney within his network would give me a call for representation. They never called me for representation. The imaging referral was not honored and my 200 mile round trip from Tucson to Peoria for treatment was a wasted. I just wanted treatment and somehow my doctor's office is involved in some ploy to get medical payments from insurance companies on accidental claims. I called again for treatment today for ongoing diabetes issues and was treated harshly by the staff and the clinic manager. I was hung up on and disrespected because I asked that I speak to the Doctor directly. The clinic manager falsely said that I was rude and used profanity. I assured them that I would file a complaint with the Arizona Medical Board.
