I have been seeing PA Charles for a year now. I went in today as I got a bug while in Dallas 2…read moreweeks ago. I did a round of a Zpack in Dallas. Felt great for one day after completing the Zpack. Felt sick again the next day. I saw my Primary Doctors PA. She basically brushed me off with a cold. She only prescribed a second Zpack as we leave for Europe this week. Same result: fine after finishing the Zpack then the next day sick again. When I called Enticare, I spoke to Nancy, she was able to get me in within a few days. When I checked in for my appointment, she even asked me how I was feeling. Nancy you are such a kind and caring person. I saw Charles and he completed his exam. I explained my concerns that I would be sick while in Europe. He explained that he was calling in 2 prescriptions. I got teary eyed (with joy and relief) that he believed me that I was sick (unlike my Primary's PA). I told Charles, this is the best & caring Doctors office by far. Thank you Enticare for listening and truly caring for your patients!

They never even offered to reschedule my appointment, as any professional and caring healthcare provider would have! I should have known when they were very difficult to reach initially and when I did finally reach someone, they seemed VERY unprofessional! This Clinic is certainly not for me and VERY UNCARING!
