Very professional and simply the best. I had them DJ my wedding and it was perfect. Their website helped pick and organize my song choices which was extremely helpful. We had a meeting prior to the event and they are so nice and knowledgeable, they explained details that I never would have thought about until it was too late. Jason is the best wedding DJ you can ask for, period! My (now) wife is from Korea and grew up in central America and I am originally from Iran and grew up in Germany, and our guests were pretty much from all over the place. So you can only imagine the challenge to find the the right balance of music to incorporate both cultures into our wedding, but Jason far exceeded any expectations we had. He pretty much had the crowd partying the entire evening! All our guests complimented us on the party and the music and everyone was dancing the whole night. Jason also provided all the lighting and a photo booth for our event, both of which turned out fantastic. Jason is also super well organized and made us feel at ease right from the start. We had a an hour phone call right after we booked him for our wedding and he did a fantastic job walking us through all the various details of the wedding, what to expect, what the pricing would be, and what we should start thinking about. He also has a great web portal where you can enter all the songs for the different parts of the wedding, the exact timeline for the wedding, the names of everyone involved in the wedding, and any announcements you need him to make. We ended up picking two of our friends to be the MCs at our wedding and Jason did a fantastic job working with them and providing them everything they needed. We met again a couple days before the event and walk through everything together to make sure he knew exactly what we had in mind for the ceremony and reception! Throughout the process we felt like Jason deeply cared about making sure our event turned out well and we felt great about the experience. We talked to multiple DJs before we found Injoy Entertainment, and after our first meeting with Eric Ackerman, we knew Injoy was our company and Eric was our guy. First of all, Injoy is MUCH MORE reasonably priced than other DJs we found with similarly high reviews. Injoy's online system was relatively easy to navigate, and when it wasn't, Eric and the Injoy team calmly and clearly explained how to enter relevant information. Eric was on time for our first meeting, responded whenever we had a question, and was personable throughout the process. The week before the wedding, we had a number of changes that Eric agreed to and incorporated seamlessly, and without complaint. He kept our schedule moving throughout the ceremony and reception, organized with our last-minute cellist, dealt with challenges of sound in an old building with high ceilings and brick walls, let my brother have his moment in the spotlight as MC and performer, and accommodated a montage-blend of songs we requested during the bouquet and garter events. My husband and I are 7 years apart, and our friend circle ranges in age from mid-20s to mid-40s. Somehow Eric worked his magic and kept the dance floor full into the night. We're talking people I have never seen on the dance floor were playing air guitar on their legs, and they hadn't had THAT much to drink! Eric's ability to read the crowd is unmatched. At the end of the night, he played a set of techno music that surprised us because we hadn't requested it. Yet, everyone continued to dance! We had Waylon as our DJ for our wedding on 8/1/2015 in Capitol Hill, and we could not have asked for a better DJ. From the start, our interaction with Jason from Injoy was great! He took us through everything and made sure we had our questions answered, and were comfortable with everything. They have a great online portal that allows you to select songs you want to hear, and songs you don't want played. The day of, Waylon was great! He was right on our day of schedule, so we never ran behind schedule. We had total trust in him to make the party great, and he delivered. Simply put, our DJ was the BEST. Our vision for our reception was a huge party - heavy appetizers, variable seating, and lots of dancing. Injoy provided us with fantastic service - found the absolute best DJ (Dave Pezzner - hands down, the best) that instantly "got" us and worked with us on a dance set that was all us -- not the traditional wedding reception songs but pure 80s, 90s pop and others. All of my guests commented on how awesome the music was - in fact, people drank less because they didn't want to leave the dance floor! We couldn't be happier with our wedding reception. What can I say? Injoy was everything they promised to be and more. They provided us a DJ for our wedding as well as photobooth services. Kryspin who DJ'd our wedding was skilled and extremely professional. The conference call we did the week prior to our wedding put our minds at ease. The asked all the right questions and I felt assured that our wedding day would go off without a hitch. Crispin was totally accommodating about my special requests -- I had recorded an original song for our wedding procession and it was important to me that the song be played on stereo speakers rather than a single mono speaker and he happily hauled a second speaker up to the rooftop deck where our wedding ceremony was going to be held. He was on point with starting the music on time and we had multiple song changes during our procession. And his music choices during the reception were fun and satisfying for all. The photo booth was also done really well. There was a backdrop and lots of really cool props. And Injoy provided us with a photo booth operator to make it smooth. All of our guests had a blast taking photos and the photo booth was a hugely popular feature on our wedding night. I cannot even begin to explain how organized and responsive he was, down to the very last detail. I met with him the next day and we started to brainstorm the vision I had for my wedding. We went over the tentative schedule I created, chatting about his experiences and song suggestions, I mean I could go on and on.
