I specifically (like the one and only reason) went in for a referral to a chiropractor. I had to make an appointment, pay my co-pay in order to have the doctor come in, ask me what I wanted and said he would send in the prior authorization. He failed to send in the prior authorization to the insurance company. He didn't even chart the notes on my file. He failed to call in a prescription and didn't chart that request either. This incident caused all kinds of havoc with my chiropractor. Max Health gave them fake prior authorization numbers after the chiropractor called Max Health FOUR times trying to get the authorization: 2. The doctor who was listed as my primary care doctor (the screw up from #1) left Max Health yet Max Health still billed my insurance under his name even though he never saw me after that appointment listed in example #1 3. When I called the office manager trying to get the prior authorization back dated to cover my chiropractor appointments not only did they fail with the insurance company but didn't compensate the chiropractor for the services they gave because Max Health assured them there was a prior authorization when there wasn't. This office is a hot mess! From the bookkeeping to the patient care. I will never trust them with my healthcare. I would hate to imagine if I had a serious situation that needed a prior authorization that got screwed up! It could have costs me thousands of dollars! This office used to be very reliable in their care for patients but as of 2025, no more.

She really takes the time to go over your past results to make sure you get what you need. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I originally found them through a Groupon. You can usually use one Groupon every 90 days but make sure to read the fine print before purchasing to determine if it meets your needs. Services bought through Groupon don't earn you rewards points through programs like ASPIRE Rewards, so you may do better overall buying directly from them - I highly recommend signing up for email and text alerts so you get notified of their flash sales.

If you do buy a Groupon then the purchase likely will not count towards the product's loyalty program. I also recommend signing up for texts messages or emails to alert you of sales. They are not the only med spa in the city and definitely not the best as I do have multiple bruises now and I should not bruise at all with the procedure I had and that is just above and beyond the fact that I was overcharged and they refused to give my money back. So over approximately $100 they will lose a client - maybe more after this review
