Do not trust this company especially a nurse practitioner named Kyler Merrill. His ego was hurt…read morebecause my mother questioned why he was coercing my brother to go back to work even if he was still injured and in pain. He then went to my mother job and put a complaint in with my mother's boss wanting an apology for her actions of questioning him and ultimately my mother lost her job today June 26, 2026. My mother refused to bend to his broken Ego demands which ultimately resulted in her termination. Bad people in health care should not have jobs in it especially Kyler Merrill because who else has he coerced to return back to work even though they were still not ok. Take that medical license away Immediately!

I was put in an examining room and then waited for at least 15 minutes. A nurse came in and filled in a questionnaire. Then, after another wait, a second nurse came in and asked all the same questions. Wouldn't stop, even though I said I'd answered them already. Then after another wait a third nurse, who asked some different questions. Apologized for keeping me waiting, said they had had an emergency, talked a bit and left. Then, later, finally, I got the shot! My wife had been sitting in the waiting area the whole time: thre had been no emergency. But the big surprise was when I got the bill. $157 un-itemized. So I asked for an itemization and they send a bill with three items: a tetanus shot, an office visit, and "additional shots"!! I called and asked them to correct the bill. They refused. I pointed out that I had just had the tetanus shot, and nothing else. They said I was wrong, and they wouldn't fix the bill. It's basically no different than if they had held me up with a gun!! Plain robbery. Some of my friends say that's what modern medicine is -- just plain robbery. Every place they go they get things added to the bill they didn't have, or given tests they do need just to run up the bill. I feel sorry for the people who live there and have to deal with them regularly. For the record, a tetanus shot in Vons or CVS MinuteClinic or the like is around $55.
