So, you have to call the office anyway to do all the things that you did online. When you call, you get an automated message stating," do you know you can schedule an appointment online at .........." Please don't offer something that doesn't operate properly. As far as the service being they offer when it comes to your well-being, I will give it a 4 star. Everyone and everything has room for improvement. Personally, I think I have a good relationship with my care giver. She is knowledgeable and compassionate with her work, and I feel I cannot receive any better care giving the location and situation I am in. I have been with this care giver back when the name was Family Medical Practice (since 2010) and there has been some changes, nothing out of the ordinary when a corporation takes over however, the services rendered to me has always been acceptable and as good as this area will allow. I appreciate my care giver and want to express that in the best way I know how.

My expectation was to meet w/ my PA, who I was familiar with due to prior office visits. Instead, I was prompted to do a comprehensive neuro eval. My anxiety level ends to be rather high in general and skyrocketed in a new work up that was presented to me, (especially in situations that involve sudden, drastic change). I flunked my neuro eval, was super anxious, unable to concentrate. Hence, this drastic and sudden change was traumatic at best. My requests to stop was not heeded. I would evaluate my experience as a very poor customer service approach.
