The staff is SOOOOOO NICE!!!!! I mean just some of the warmest, nicest people you'll ever meet. Also very knowledge and that's what I loved about this place the most. My bf and I got our own personal room and my mom got her own. I think they recommend that you're naked but I wore a bathing suit. My bf got fully naked. I didn't realize this before but MAKE SURE YOU DRINK LOTS OF WATER BEFORE. The water was warm/hot and felt great but I almost wanted to pass out and it's because I was a bit dehydrated from the long drive. Still an amazing experience though.
