I was gifted one for Christmas and decided to have the hand painted monogramming done on it. I went back and forth with the associate, and even asked how long the paint lasts, does it chip, etc. She assured me the paint was sealed and she's never seen any issues with it. I assumed over time the paint may fade or chip, however mine started chipping a month later. I contacted them and sent pictures, and they agreed to refund the fee I paid to have it painted. However, now I have a bag with chipped initials that I don't like to use. I reached out again asking for suggestions to remove the paint myself and they said it was permanent. Obviously not? Disappointing experience and I would not suggest ruining your bag with the hand painted monogramming service.

Now it has been a month and I have not received a refund. I would not recommend shopping here unless you want crappy service, clothes not worth what they ask, and no refund when you return an item.
