The people who take your phone calls are spread so thin over the many offices of the organization - the personnel to help very is lacking. Administration is very bad. Yes, there is the ability to leave your phone number for a call back. However, they do not call back on the phone number that you used from your contact list you used to contact them - so whatever number they use does not come up from your contacts list. Don't know about others but I tend to ignore numbers who are not identified on my phone. This and there not being enough people to serve so many offices - is a problem!

Both were excellent medical service. Recently I sent Dr. Samuel Balin a photo of a growth on my lower arm and asked that a previously scheduled appointment for a check-up be moved forward. He got me in to see him in two work days and immediately did a biopsy on the growth. Lab report the next day diagnosed squamous cell carcinoma and I am scheduled for MOHS surgery two weeks later. It's kind of hard to know how to rate a dermatologist. I don't want to rate any doctor 'yay, as…read moregood as it gets', so for that reason Dr. Richey gets a 4 out of 5, but that's as good as any derm is going to get from me so consider it a top rating. I have seen Dr. Richey over a 10-year period, as has my daughter, wife, and father-in-law. We have all liked him. He's a common sense, friendlt guy with a stable staff and an ease about him that is nice. He works closely with a nurse practitioner who is also solid. Dr. Richey has a clinic in Springfield and Eugene, both. When you see him he gets to the point quickly, and has never tried to up-sell any of us any creams, solutions, or other product$, which I have found very refreshing since I have seen other dermatologists act as virtual beauty consultants, and in these instances it is hard to differentiate between necessary medical advice and 'advice' which lines the doctor's pockets at your expense. The older lady working the front desk was extremely oblivious and failed to mention that my doctor was not here today even after checking me in and sending me a confirmation text the night before.
