The staff and management at Inglis Pet Hotel took care of my dog when I was out of town. I called to check up on my dog. The facility is ideal for dogs like Bullet. I highly recommend Inglis Pet Hotel.

Our Australian Cattle Dog, Sheila, had a very good overnight stay. She suffers from separation anxiety. The staff members, Karen and Cruz went above and beyond working with Sheila knowing she is anxious. They took the time to speak with us and give suggestions. There was improvement in her temperament since the stay before that is due to their extra attention. Every dog is different and the staff works accordingly. Thank you Karen and Cruz. It was also good to meet Jasmin when we picked up Sheila. Montoya Family

Have been using their boarding and grooming services for over 15 years. Our German shepherd dog rescue, George, was a regular there. From 2010 to 2021, when he passed, he stayed there many times. He was large and lanky and had a protective personality, as many GSDs have. They always took excellent care of him. And now they are our go to for boarding, grooming and daycare needs for our current dogs, Fritz and Fiona. They are 3 and 10 Years old, and both German shepherd rescues. They have always been gentle with them and attentive to any special feeding needs. Would recommend any of their services for your dog boarding, grooming or training needs. The kennels are clean, comfortable and the staff are always friendly.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE!! I've used them 3 times and all 3 times one of my dogs have come home injured. My boy is able to escape their kennels. I warned them multiple times he escapes. Finally this last time I asked them what hours they are thae facility. These people are only at the facility for 8 hours of the day!! They come in at 7am. Take a 2 hour lunch from 12-2 not at the facility... and then leave at 5pm. If you need medication administered 12 hours apart, forget about it. If you expect a decent amount of time between breakfast and dinner meal times, no way! They are unethical. Then they have the audacity to call me and tell me my dogs are no longer welcome there because they "fear the safety of their staff". How about the safety of my dog?!?! My dogs never hurt a person but has come home hurt from them.

Soiled thru to bed outer cover onto insert

Affordable and online reservation process was easy but would not recommend. Booked my elderly dog for a "cozy cabin" and appears she was largely outside sitting in dirt and her own waste. Perhaps the apartment would have been better. Regardless we won't be back.

She went above and beyond with updates, photos, and messages that gave me so much peace of mind while I was out of the country for almost two weeks. Vanessa came to my house to check in on my extremely shy and very skittish cat, who refuses to leave the house under any circumstances. Anyone who has met my cat knows she does not trust easily, but Vanessa was patient, calm, and respectful of her space. She still managed to connect enough to make sure she was fed, cared for, and feeling secure. The regular updates were beyond appreciated, I loved knowing she was in such thoughtful hands. Both of them consistently sent me updates, which I truly valued, especially being out of the country for nearly two weeks. Traveling is stressful enough, and having sitters I completely trusted made all the difference. If you need boarding or in-home sitting for pets with big personalities, or tiny terrified ones, you're in the best hands with Suzie and Vanessa. Thank you both for the love, attention, and reassurance. I will absolutely be booking again!

When you have your first meet and greet, you have the privilege of meeting the owner and the petsitter at your residence. We take quite a few trips, and now Pet Care of SC have it down pat on what to do during hot/cold days, normal days, giving them pet meds, walks, and they even take care of your mail, trash days, take in your packages, etc! Your home and pets are taken care of while you are gone, now that's great service! I met the sitters that come to our home. They are kind, responsible and they enjoy our pets. You can book service for your pets through an app, or online. If you have any questions about it, Suzie is always happy to accommodate and help you with that too. The Pet Care Club of Santa Clarita has great rates! At the end of the trip, I like to give the sitters a tip for their time and gas. It's just a suggestion, not a requirement. I highly recommend this company! Suzie is warm, and her team is fantastic! Thumbs way up! Great job, PCCOSC!!!

My dog loves going three times a week - he pulls the leash when we are walking up from the parking lot. That's a great sign! Amanda is also a great groomer! I felt really confident bringing my pup here and everyone was super friendly. Unfortunately she came home and four days later she's coughing and sadly brought home doggy covid and bordetella. I understand that these are highly contagious and something that could happen at any kennel, but I'm just really disappointed in the situation. Also my dog is a dachshund and being a long-bodied dog, she has a very sensitive back. Both times I saw the employees hold her, they were not holding her properly (using both hands to support her back) even after I mentioned to please hold her properly. Made me a bit worried on how she was being held while I wasn't there. Again Im sure her getting sick was just terrible timing but me being a new-ish dog mom and wanting the best, I just had a soured experience overall.
