Again, I called the 24/7 customer service and I was told that my card wasn't unlocked for Asia and again I had to wait until the office opens (3 hours stuck at the airport), so that they could unlock it. Next to this hotel is a little convienece store with an ATM that acts like a post office too so you can post from here with ease. It's close to landmarks and a big supermarket next to the palace which is handy. Amsterdam Central Station is within walking distance and their WiFi is excellent reaching the room with ease, the TV was domestic Dutch speaking TV.
