BEWARE, horrible customer service and an extremely rude manager Shiba. I used the Travelex ATM to take out money, I meant to take the money out in Euros but was confused and got USD. I had my time dated receipt from the machine located in that kiosk to show Shiba. I was charged $24.29 for the conversion. I went to the counter to ask for help to see if they can change the conversion to dollars from Euros because I made a mistake. Instead Shiba was extremely rude and said she could give me .76 on the $1.00. After I already paid $24.29. Needless to say I will never use their services again in any airport anywhere and I caution others. I asked to speak to the manager and he could not speak with me because he was in a meeting. I asked for names and business cards and none were given but first names. Horrible experience! No customer service, no decency. read more
