We couldn't have been more pleased with Matt, who cheerfully agreed to make a housecall. He was not only extremely personable and patient with us, but very tech savvy and quickly deduced/solved the problem. We can't recommend him more highly. I brought my laptop in this past October because I spilled water on it. After waiting around for weeks without hearing back, I finally called to check on it, only to hear that nothing had been done. After I kept calling back every day for a week, I finally heard back that they needed to order in a part. The part took a week to come in, and then they took several more weeks to put it on. I was told it was ready, so I came in and paid FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to get my laptop back. Got it home, turned it on- several of the keys still didn't work. So, back to the shop it went. I kept waiting and waiting and never heard from them. When I called, they basically told me that they lost the employee who had been working on it so it was just taken apart, sitting in the back on a table. I understand that things happen, but if they do you should inform your customers! I should not have to dig to find out what is happening, the people I am PAYING should be keeping me updated. Well, I finally got my laptop today (mid January). I found out that it is fried and nothing can be done. They refused to give me any sort of refund, so I paid them 400 dollars to literally do nothing for three months.
