DO NOT GO TO ISD TECH FOR ANYTHING. Brought in a laptop for a funky noise the fan was making. Called them, figured maybe just a screw wasn't on tight enough or something. Played phone tag for two weeks... "oh that technician isn't here right now", "oh he's on lunch he'll call you back," etc... Months later, got fed up, called in a favor and brought it to a friend of a friend who works with computers. He opened it up to find the shittiest, cheapest thermal paste job ever, and a clearly still old fan that had just been lubricated but not replaced. So these assholes charged over $200 to do a shit job on the thermal paste AND not even replace the part they charged me to buy and replace.
