He even took my package and helped me finished up prepping it for send off. I usually have pretty good experiences at FedEx dropping off packages so it wasn't unusual but worth mentioning since most reviews are usually just frustrated customers. Any complex issue is handled professionally. Every single person who works there is smart and very responsive. I recently had Oakland city plans and had to be on super large paper.
