So we gave up and called for professional help. Chris, who answered the phone in no time, jumped right in to help us diagnoses the issues. He waited on the phone patiently while we lubricated the rubber ring of the pump, went back n forth dumping water in the pump, recirculated and rinsed the filter. I was having an existing pool relocated. After coming out to measure, he told me, "$32,000. 00 was his final quote". I immediately declined the job and asked him to refund my deposit! He refused! Stating that all deposits were non-refundable. Today is March 20, 2026. I am filing a claim in Small Claims Court. I learned a valuable lesson. Do not do business with this man or company!
