Update July 2026:
After posting this review and filing complaints through BBB and LARA/BCC, Infinity Pools sent me new invoices months after the original project had been paid in full. One invoice was for bond beam repair work with a listed service date from September 2025, and another was for a City of Troy permit fee.
I dispute both invoices in full. I did not approve these charges, did not sign a change order or written amendment for the bond beam repair charge, and the original project invoice showed a $0.00 balance after final payment.
This update is based on my direct customer experience and documents I received from the company. The ring/stain issue remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I would encourage future customers to be cautious and make sure any commitments, change orders, invoices, and follow-up obligations are clearly documented in writing.
I hired Infinity Pools of Michigan for a pool renovation. Before final payment, I raised a concern about a visible ring/stain in the deep end of the pool finish. Management agreed in writing to address the issue if it wasn't gone by spring, claiming it was just dust that needed to be scrubbed.
Unfortunately, after final payment was made, the issue remained unresolved. When I followed up to ask for clear action items, next steps, and a timeline, the company's response was highly unprofessional. Rather than providing a solution, the communication deteriorated into personal insults, mocking messages, and a demand to not contact their business again.
My review is based on my direct experience as a customer. The pool issue remains completely unresolved, and the communication after a written commitment was deeply disappointing. Based on the workmanship concerns and the unprofessional way the follow-up was handled, I would not recommend Infinity Pools of Michigan. read more
