Some suggestions for improvement: 1) Prioritize people waiting in the mobile line (ALL/MOST REGISTERS should take people in the mobile line before anyone in the "regular" line). 2) Put up better signage. State that one must have the mobile app already installed and have a barcode ready for scanning. Anyone who doesn't should be sent to the regular line. 3) Better training. Make sure all representatives are instructed to follow #1 & #2. By doing so, CVS would move "easier" transactions more quickly and would incent more people to download and manage prescriptions on the app.

I immediately asked, "What are you doing?" and tried to take my phone back he hold my phone and , he had already submitted the survey very quick I felt misled and very uncomfortable No employee should ever complete a customer survey on a customer's personal phone without their clear consent.
