Thursday, August 24, 2023 my husband & I signed the contract with Infinity Outdoor Solutions to construct & build an outdoor building/garage with an attached half bath. We had the first draw/payment which was paid on Friday, August 25, 2023. The concrete slab was not poured until two months later, in early October. Then, on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, a second draw/payment was made for supplies. Since the concrete slab was poured, the workers did come out to install footers they had forgotten. The only work that has been done since is the frame & doors were installed on January 6th. Since this date, we have paid for the last draw for the sheeting and have not seen any work. After the frame went up my husband & I went around looking at it and noticed many beams have gaps & some of the welding looks like a beginner did it. The owner & his family have been sick & in and out of the hospital and three weeks ago the owner's dad passed away to which my husband & I understand & are very sympathetic to; however, all we've asked for is communication if something comes up or if there is/will be any further delays. We never get responses from the owner unless we send multiple emails. Sometimes we won't hear back for 3-4 days. This job should have been completed back in November. What is more frustrating is that we've paid for supplies we have not received & a job that should only taken two months is now going on seven. We filed a complaint with the BBB & have not been able to get any help from them either because no one from the company would contact them back. read more

Horrible Company - Avoid at All Costs No one should ever use this company, period. They lie, take your money, and don't start projects on time. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. They made countless promises they never kept and failed to deliver on the project. Communication was terrible, and they didn't care once they had my money. Run as fast as you can from this contractor. Save yourself the frustration and find a reliable company instead. Sadly, I cannot leave a review with negative 99 stars. What a horrid experience. I echo what all the others have posted here. Andrew Ross stole a large sum of money from me and had absconded with the money I saved up to pay for my workshop. Signed a contract in May of 2023, and by the time I finally pulled the plug (May 2024) he had only poured a pad and put up some steel (most of which was barely welded). He was nearly impossible to get a hold of, never showed up when he said he would, and is a total write off as a business owner. Andrew has shut down his website, deactivated his comms, and is nowhere for me to find. I have had to go with a different contractor and found out that paying twice for one workshop is a pain. Had contract to begin on garage in January 2024. Pad was finally finished in March of 2024. Provided payment to begin work and again following concrete work in March. Cannot reach owner Andrew Ross or get a response from him or his alleged company....has taken the funds and disappeared. Seems that his father died in 2023 and again in 2024........and I am out the funds...will seek legal action against him read more

BEWARE!! Would give zero stars if I could. We signed a contract to have a shop built in June 2023 expecting the project to be completed in approx 6 weeks per the contract and almost immediately Andrew become unresponsive and always had excuses when he would call back as to why work wasn't being started or moving along as scheduled. He would promise crews and many times they would never show up. Finally after almost a year he poured our driveway ext and felt the job was complete and demanded final payment. We refused as there a many things still needing corrected or completed. We requested he come walk the project in person as we haven't seen him at all since signing the contract. He has now blocked us on social media and won't respond to calls/texts or emails. He is lying thief of a businessman! read more
