I really liked dealing with Gary. He was very helpful when picking out the vinyl flooring and carpet for our weekend condo at the lake. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable hiring his company to do our floors. Unfortunately, the installers left such a mess! After installing the carpeting, they left all the clippings on the floor, and failed to vacuum it before re-placing the furniture. So we had to remove the furniture, thoroughly vacuum, and place the furniture back in two bedrooms. And the dust!! I have never had so much dust from other installers when replacing carpeting. I had to literally wipe down ALL the walls, fixtures, furniture, cabinets, etc. and do a complete deep clean of the entire condo, upstairs and down. All the bedding had been rolled up and dumped on the furniture, and needed to be thoroughly washed before using. Needless to say, I will not be recommending them to anyone. It's a shame too, because their work was good, and they had good online reviews. If you choose to use them, just know that you will be faced with a mess when they're finished. read more
