My company engaged with Greg back in June about listing a piece of land. Initially he was very…read moreoptimistic about selling our land and claimed that he could sell any size of land no problem. Very quickly though, he became very unresponsive. after two weeks of follow ups, with little to no response. It was to the point where I reached out to another agent at the brokerage, Shelley. He was typically very responsive (besides about a week and an half stretch where I didn't hear from him) and seemed eager to figure out a way to get the land sold. However, it seemed he didn't have any decision making power, as the general response to anything was " let me run this by greg". Our piece of land was certainly not a straight forward list and sell situation, but I spent two months going back and forth with them. There were plenty of opportunities for them to tell me they maybe didn't feel all the work was worth it. But Just when it seemed we were going to get somewhere, Shelley no longer responded and Greg himself actually reached out to me. And he texted me to tell me they wouldn't list it for us.
