Everyone is extremely friendly and professional, and everyone always remembers us when we go in. My first visit was right before the pandemic started to get really bad, so I didn't go back for a couple months after. When I finally did have to go back in, I was so relieved and grateful for all the measures they have taken to keep everyone safe. They implement the mask policy for everyone in the office (patients & staff) and are doing temperature checks as you come in. Additional efforts are being made to keep patients as distanced as possible. As far as the treatments go, I have suffered from chronic neck pain for going on 10 years now, and regular sciatic pain for about 2 years now. Since coming to Del Norte, both issues have significantly improved. I also greatly appreciate the different therapies that are included in the appointment, (especially the 30 min massage after the adjustment). I am so grateful for the treatment and care I have received so far, and look forward to continued treatment. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I have been to other chiropractors who have had some higher powered tech used with their treatments, that did seem to work as preventive therapy from future need to return. The chiropractors themselves in those offices were very impersonal though, so I definitely prefer Del Norte! Very satisfied!

I had a car accident approximately two years ago and worked with a horrible law firm that I hired right after I was "bird dogged" which is just like ambulance chasing. Unlawful, but because the event had just happened I just accepted their services. They knew that two years on a case was the maximum time frame I could go on this claim even though I had referrals to two specialists that I was never able to see. The first an orthopedic surgeon who agreed that I required surgery on my right knee. I could never get "permission" to get this done, and according to the Injury Specialist this exacerbated my back issues and has now caused a left knee issue due to compensation of the skeletal and muscle structure. The second referral never happened. I finally made contact with this ambulance chasing lawyer's office and they informed me that Denise from this office called them telling them that I have not been compliant with their treatments. Not true at all. They were being scheduled so frequently I was having issues getting off work for them. Please remember that this accident happened approximately two years ago. Denise of this office supposedly followed up with referrals but I never received any correspondence to unanswered questions. I recently requested a call back from her but have yet to hear from her, this was just this Monday. She apparently contacted the "attorney" and told them to settle the case. Again, this all goes against what the MRI's show, that there is damage to my knee and back. Very disappointed as I'd originally given this office a very high review. Hindsight.
