The technician showed up, completed the job in about 15 minutes, and then tried to charge me $150--well above the typical market rate of $80-$100 for this type of work. Less than two weeks later, the switch came loose again. I called the company back, and to their credit, they agreed to send someone out free of charge. Unfortunately, the second visit was even worse. The technician was rude and dismissive. He reattached the cable but left the switch dangling from the wall. When I pointed out that this was likely the reason it keeps coming loose, he snapped back with, "You literally called me out here for a missing screw." No--if he had secured it properly the first time, I wouldn't have needed a second visit. Any competent technician would've fixed this without being told.
