Did very shoddy work on my roof and refused to come back and fix. Do not use this company!!!

Utter chaos during demolition (and damaged screen door)

Steer way clear of this operation. We were sold a package with both a new roof and solar. We we worried that the roof installation would be done by subcontractors but were assured that all work would be done by Infinity employees with in-house training in proper techniques. The crew that came to do the roof work were sloppy at best. Damage was done to our hedges, a screen door, a gate, and worst of all the vent openings on our roof were left uncovered while they scraped off the old shingles-resulting in the destruction of our kitchen fan. Getting their office to take responsibility for the damage has been difficult. We asked for someone to come out to take a look at the exhaust fan and they sent the same roofer... who wanted to go into our attic and dismantle ductwork when it was clearly the exhaust fan in our rangetop microwave that was damaged. He listened as we turned it on and it rattled and whined with the debris that had fallen into it. We didn't let him touch our ductwork. We're done with this contractor and we've told the folks at Infinity as much- we don't want him touching anything else in our house. We've asked repeatedly for them to send anyone else. You'd think they'd send someone to verify the problem who wasn't the contractor who had f'd everything up in the first place. It's also worth noting that they left the kitchen exhaust duct detached from the roof stack. Found that out a few days later. Interesting note- they like to tell us that any compensation we receive will be taken out of the roofer's pay. Sounds like they hired a sub... or they're comfortable with breaking labor laws. We can't get their customer service to send someone to observe and they clearly don't want to take the responsibility for this. We've sent photos of the damage. We've received quotes for repair for the fan and sent them along. Because the fan is built into our microwave they're now playing games and claiming we're being dishonest and asking for microwave repair. Once again- they could come out and take a look for themselves. They also lied about the amount of plywood required to repair parts of our roof. Somehow I managed to get them to give me a credit for this, but it was more about catching them in a lie than having them do the right thing to begin with. A complete sh**tshow from beginning to end. And now they won't take responsibility for a few hundred dollars worth of damage on a 50k install. Do they even have insurance? The lies and utter lack of responsiveness that comes out of their office is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else.

    Solar System installed, looks great!

The workers from Infinity Solar did a great job in installing and setting up the solar system. The guys worked through rain and sun, they didn't leave a mess. They borrowed a rake which they broke! They replaced it without me saying a thing. The guys all knew what had to be done. Amanda from the office has been so responsive and very helpful! She made the experience very simple and answered all my questions. Only reason I did not give a 5 star was due to communication to the sales person, that could use just a little improvement. I would recommend them, and will leave another review in a few months once the system has been turned on and running. So I can let you know how that is going. Lastly the start from finish did take a very long time but I think it had more to do with LG Concierge not Infinity Solar. Thanks all @ Infinity Solar - hope the service does not change. Keep up the good work practice.

Greenhouse Solar Review -- Delays, Poor Workmanship, and Broken Promises…read moreWe had our solar system installed by Greenhouse Solar in September 2024, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Before installation, I asked whether the panels were actually in stock. I received no response. Then, on 8/26/2025, I was informed by Lee Oelkers that their regular panels were out of stock and would be replaced with a different brand. On 10/1/2025, after a night of high winds, we heard loud banging on the roof. Greenhouse Solar came out the next day and confirmed panels were loose, securing them at that time. On 12/2/2025, we were notified by NJ ADI that our paperwork for the state rebate was incomplete due to missing serial numbers on the power box. At the company's request, I opened the power box, photographed the serial numbers, and sent them in. Then, on 12/10/2025, the company admitted an error on the New Jersey state form and asked me to re-sign corrected documents. I did so, and shortly afterward we were told the state would now require a site inspection. On 12/18/2025, after a wind and rainstorm, 38% of our panels stopped functioning. When I called Greenhouse Solar on 12/19/2025, I was told the panels would "fix themselves." The following day I received another email insisting it was not an installation issue. On 12/21/2025, I emailed back disputing that microinverters "self-repair," requested service, and received no response. I then sent a corrective-action letter giving seven days to reply. On 12/24/2025, a salesperson told me they were busy with end-of-year installs, but still no official response from the company. On 12/26/2025, I finally received an email from Lauren stating a technician would be at my home on 12/31 between 8-9 a.m. No one showed up. My calls and emails went unanswered. Later that day I received a new email saying the visit was moved to January 6th, and that Lauren would be leaving the company on 1/2/26. Bottom line: Greenhouse Solar changed equipment after the sale, performed poor-quality installation, mishandled required New Jersey paperwork, and repeatedly provided inaccurate information -- including claims that failed panels would fix themselves and confirming an appointment that never occurred. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I reached out to Green House for a quote on a repair to my Sunpower solar system. The woman I spoke…read moreto told me that, unfortunately they do not handle repairs but could recommend a couple firms who did. She then went further and inquired about the issue I was having and provided some helpful insights on my issue and what I might expect regarding repair. Based on the customer service provided for someone who is not a customer I would definitely consider Greenhouse if I was shopping for a new system.

I've found them to be very professional, courteous, reasonable and affordable and have recommended them to my neighbors and family who feel the same way. The first time I used their service was to install a kitchen vent on my roof and also to clear the rust and rust-proof my vents and they did the work exactly as I expected, on my schedule and at an extremely reasonable price. The second time I used them was after Hurricane Sandy which took a lot of shingles off my roof and they came and repaired it without hassle and again at a great price. Honestly, they're pretty much right in every way that you can hope for with a contractor and the make the experience of dealing with my roofing issues easy.

Ron, Rich, Doug and Denise are all top notch! I interviewed 22 roofers (yes 22!) and received…read moreestimates from each. Something was always off and I did not like companies that sent over commissioned salesmen who wanted to be my best friend and then they suddenly don't know me after I sign the contract and pay a deposit. Ron Carlson himself came to the house and the moment he walked up my driveway I had a gut feeling I found my roofing company. The search was over. Ron did not start with all the sales crap and throwing titles and certifications like GAF Master Elite blah blah blah at me that virtually means nothing. He was friendly, polite but no nonsense. He knows his stuff and could back up why I don't need gutter protectors, why I don't need 6 inch gutters, why I don't need useless "gold" warranties pushed by the roofing companies etc. Quotation was presented two days later, no extra 6.8% credit card charge levied, final bill was what I was quoted. Period. The Carlson team installed a new roof, gutters, soffits, leaders, two new attic fans, ridge vent skylights etc. Their team worked diligently, clean and started each day at 7:00 am and finished at 6 pm. Rich came by to make sure all was good and so did Doug (though I did not meet him). Top notch roofers. No gimmicks, no add ons, no big lawyer written contracts to sign and no hassles. Old school - agree to the job, do it and happily pay. A handshake means something with Carlson Brothers. They took 1/3 deposit upfront and did not take the other 2/3 until the job was done and they were gone. In fact, Denise called up two days later and asked if it's ok to go ahead and charge the balance on my credit card. I can't say enough good things about them all. As to price, extremely fair and they don't upsell you on anything. Ok. Enough said. I am pleased to select them out of 22 roofers I got estimates from and yes you need to do your due diligence because you'll find a lot of people tell you to do things you don't need to do. Great job guys. Thank you also to Denise and Doug for answering all my questions through the process.
