I needed to replace my roof and called several contractors. A few never returned my calls and one contractor after two meetings never brought ay materials for me to select colors for shingles. Two contractors measured the roof by walking around my house, never did anyone go on the roof with a ladder to investigate any additional work that might be needed. Both contractors were interested in under bidding their competitor to get the job. Finally, in asking about licensing requirements to begin work, I was told it wasn't really necessary. The project manager, Mr. Vincent Cueva was extremely helpful by explaining materials to be used , time line, licensing requirement and the selection colors of shingles. When t came to cost, I need not tell you that replacing a roof is expensive. Mr. Cueva worked with us and made it affordable to have this project completed without financing. The workers were neat and reliable. After the job was completed, Mr. Cueva continued to check with us about any concerns we may have about the roof. I have no reservations in saying that McLeod Brothers exceeded my expectations and I highly endorse this company to anyone needing roofing repairs small or large, Five stars for Mr. Vincent Cueva and his roofing crew. I would have an appointment the next day, with a 2-4pm window (at the end of the day)." I wasn't interested in sitting around again with the possibility of a no-show and no notice or call. I answered, "No. Not interested in your service now or in the future." Given the big hype on their phonemail about customer service and happy customers, the cavalier attitude (after I arranged my schedule and was forced to re-schedule my yard clean-up ,etc because of the no-show, and would have to hire another contractor) surprised me. Almost as surprised as when the Spotless truck appeared in the morning many days later, and I repeated to the crew leader that I had terminated Spotless. Shortly afterward, I received an email that my appointment was canceled. The "family" crew that I hired was reasonably priced, efficient, and honest. When I call to complain, the person on the phone claimed they arrived some time after 11 (which was a complete fabrication - I was home at the time and my ring camera would have caught it). So this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and apparently liars. Take a hard pass on this company.
