Took my Trek Mountain Bike in for new tires. End up with 2 different sized tires...they said that's all they could get.

I'll clarify by saying that it wasn't the expense. I wanted to get the bb problem resolved before an upcoming ride, and was told they offered an expedited service for an additional fee. I offered to pay for expedited shipping for any parts as well. It wasn't the fact that after a couple hours of riding the problem came back even louder. I had hoped but wasn't entirely surprised that the first round didn't resolve the issue. What disappointed and ultimately angered me was the absence of "let's make this right" when I brought it back. Instead I got a combination of defensive "I don't know what you want me to do about it" and apathetic "It could be anything. I don't know what to tell you *shrug*" from the mechanic who had worked on it. He made it sound like the process was my fault and I shouldn't have expected anything different. I was pretty much dismissed. Complete lack of interest in solving the problem. The subsequent response to my google review confirmed my misgivings. They blamed me for taking advantage of the expedited service THEY OFFERED ME by saying "I pressed real hard to get in front of others during the busy season" and not to blame "my bad luck" on them. I love bikes and cycling and have the utmost respect for cycle shops--particularly independent ones--and the work they do. The expertise of mechanics is something I am particularly impressed by. Can-do service goes a long way with me with ANY business. I'll go out of my way to patronize a business that has stepped up. That is not the case here. read more

Fast, friendly and fair- outstanding bike shop! I was on day5 of my Pacific Coast solo cycle, flat number3, out of tubes and patience when a local friend told me about this shop. I called them to see if they could check out my tire before closing - their answer without hesitation was, "Sure, come on in..." - WHEW! They swapped out the tube and ensured the tire was properly centered - I was ready to roll again in 15minutes. That tire rolled without incident for another twenty nine days and 1,735miles. I wish I lived closer so this could be my go to bike shop. read more

Excellent customer service, however, I took my bike for a brake bleed originally. Ended up having to have new calipers + labor put in + ~$120 because of my own fault in blowing a piston on the caliper with the wheel disc off. Took my bike for a spin once I got it back around the parking lot and noticed rotor howling. I thought it was just new brake pads (I'm a novice). Ended up taking it into another shop and was told my bleeder valve was put on loose and had contaminated my rotors and pads. So now that is an additional $150 in parts and labor. read more

Let me be completely honest... I don't own or ride a bicycle. But my sweet wife does and she's a dedicated rain or shine, 3 or 4 times a week rider that cranks out 50 miles easily and often will do a leisurely 75 mile training ride on Saturday morning and 2 or 3 "centuries" each year. She loves to ride and there's nothing that will stop her except... mechanical problems. I'm a car guy that does all my own vehicle maintenance and home upkeep, renovations and repairs, I can cook, I brew beer and I built an awesome Pompeii style Wood Fired Oven from bricks and mortar in our backyard BUT I know nothing about bicycle upkeep and repairs. And I don't really want to know, my dance card is FULL. Sometimes I try to assist her with changing a tire or tightening that impossible to reach bolt that holds the rear fender on her bike but kinda like asking your beloved partner to pump the brake pedal while trying to bleed the brakes on that crappy old truck YOU love, to me, this bike stuff is one more step towards long term marriage counseling. Uhhg. Infinity Cycle? Oh, hell YES! Bryan and his crew have been absolutely awesome. Regular maintenance, upgrades to wireless gear sets (or whatever they're called), new wheels, fresh brake pads and rotors, etc etc etc.... Infinitely Cycle has gone above and beyond to assist her (and me) in keeping her bicycle in tip top shape. She will often make an appointment to have the routine stuff taken care off in advance and that's been great but emergencies happen. Without fail, Bryan and his team have always responded calmly, professionally and with great respect and understanding AND they got the job done! I am incredibly grateful and she won't trust any other shop with her baby. Thank you! Edit: there are two well respected bike shops 3 minutes away from our house but the 25 minute drive to Infinity Cycle in Poulsbo is worth the trip. read more

I procrastinated too long on getting my son's bike a new brake handle that was broken and remembered the day before we were leaving for camping. I called and talked to Paul and while he couldn't make any promises over the phone, he said to bring it on down and he'd see what he could do.
