They have an open mat area, a bag room in the back, and some stationary bikes in the back. They also have lockers, bathrooms, a vending machine for drinks, a water fountain, and bleacher seating if you're observing a class or waiting for your kids. All the instructors have a wealth of knowledge to share. They take the time to walk through techniques while providing scenarios to help you understand how their teachings can be applied to real-life situations. The class environment is always welcoming of ALL levels and the people are really nice. They truly spend the time to get to know everyone and make you feel like you belong. If you're looking for a place to work out, learn to defend yourself, while meeting great people, this is the place for you. I'm very disappointed in the service and I have since pulled by daughter out of classes. Matt is fantastic and I hope for his sake others don't experience this same problem.
