Leaving this review because I was nervous doing this as this is my first baby... hope my review is helpful for other moms-to-be. We are so happy we chose to do the 5D scan. This place was great and the owner is extremely nice, upbeat, and she made the experience so special. We waited about 25/30 min past our appointment time (we didn't really mind) due to another family being seen... Maria (the owner) ended up giving us extra photos and a free belly band for waiting which I thought was really kind. So so so happy with the experience and the photos/video we got. I can't stop looking at our sweet baby girl. Thank you so much!! We will definitely be doing this again in the future with you. read more

InfantSee4D - Our girl at 25 weeks - Diagnostic Imaging Near Me - Fairfax, Virginia

My cousin in law recommended this place and I thought it would be a great experience for my husband, who due to COVID hadn't attended any of my prenatal doctor visits. Firstly, remember this is an elective procedure - consult your doc first! You will need to bring proof of prenatal care. You can choose 15min or 30min sessions. Make sure to drink lots of water throughout the days prior. There is plenty of parking available and their office is easy to locate. The room was private, clean, & comfortable. They show you baby's anatomy & proceed to take ultrasound photos. The male tech was friendly & informative, though he spoke a lot on things I already knew from my doc. IMO they should customize to what the customer wants to focus on. But, it's clear he's knowledgeable & passionate. I'm just the straight-to-the-point type lol. Note: If you carry small, even drinking tons of water (I drank over a gallon a day) may not be enough to get a good photo angle, so go around 25-27ish weeks/when baby is smaller. Also, the position & demeanor of your baby matters. I went at 29 & 30 weeks - we had to stop & redo the next week (at no extra cost) bc he was facing away from view & was v chill, despite efforts to get him to turn. When he finally did, he looked pissed in the photo LOL. We barely got any full face shots vs my cousin who also went at 29 weeks & got awesome photos. At the end of the day, it's up to baby if he/she wants to cooperate. Just know this coming in! The tech did the best he could and the few photos we had turned out well. They offer packages/promos so research their website to know what's best for you. It's pricey for a keepsake (they charge extra to keep the video which I think should be included since good photos are not guaranteed), but if you want the experience, go for it. It was overall a great experience, especially for my husband, who was so happy to witness a part of my prego journey. read more

Oct 2019: I can't even remember how I got it into my head to do 5D, 4D, whatever tech this is, but it got into my head! This was the closest place I could find. The other place was Maryland, and no way was I going to stamp my passport for that. Making the appt was easy enough. They educated me that there was a specific week where you see the baby the best. And to drink tons of water. FYI DRINK TONS OF WATER. You're basically wasting your money if you don't drink enough water. They took my cc info over the phone, which was required to hold the appt. You check in and pay first. I ended up upgrading our package. We got the expensive package that came with a take home video. Impulse purchase. I wore shorts under a loose dress and brought a blanket. When it's your turn, they call your entire group in. You don't have private time to change. I had my hub, older son, and my parents. So come wearing shorts! The room is really pretty! Lots of space to lounge. As for me, I hopped onto the table. I'm pretty sure we had the owner. She was really good! When the time starts, it's kind of nerve racking because you don't have much time... but she knew how to give directions for me to move so she could let us see the best views of the baby. I got to see everrrything at 27 weeks: jawline, ears, puckering, him doing duckface, sucking his hand, kicking his feet to his ear. I loved it! Is it necessary? No. Is it fun? Yes! I had access to the best hospital imagery as well throughout my pregnancy and this is better than hospital-grade live views. Their technology is better, prob bec this is a vanity item. I did think their thermal prints that they gave me were kind of junky. The value for me was in the video. I made my hub just make me screenshots from that. Like my pic attached here is a screenshot from their video. 27 weeks is lettuce. I had to Google bec I couldn't remember, but isn't the detail insane for lettuce?! read more

I was genuinely interested in learning more about the packages, but the experience left a lot to be desired. The flier I received was confusing, and I called to get clarification--but instead of helpful assistance, I was met with hostility and rudeness. The woman I spoke with was condescending, speaking to me as if I couldn't read. If a business wants clients, they should reconsider the tone and approach of their phone representatives. Will definitely be taking my money elsewhere. read more

I really wanted to like this place. I'll start with the pros that lead to even giving 2 stars rather than 1, and then cons that kinda ruined the experience for us. Pros: - Skilled technician was able to give great quality photos despite being 30wks and anterior placenta - Room was really nice and cosy with a really nice bed and couches for family. Very welcoming - Front desk staff were lovely Cons: - Technician was very loud and overly energetic which didn't at all match our energy and felt quite overwhelming - As we were leaving she started showing us life insurance info on her computer. Not a huge deal on it's own but I'd really rather she had just handed us a leaflet and/or just offered a phone call or something. We were on a high from seeing the baby and would have loved to have left feeling great. My husband politely said "I think we're good on life insurance thank you" and this is where things turned. The tech said in a snarky tone "fine...you're dismissed". My husband tried to let her know that it's just not something we need info on and she even more loudly said "no, that's fine, you're dismissed, you can go" in a very aggressive way. I literally almost cried and had to fight back tears. I was in shock. She had been intensely happy and excited even to an uncomfortable level throughout the 30min scan and to then do a 180 turn and become so awful to us because we politely declined to learn more about the insurance was just rude and uncalled for. We paid a lot of money for this experience and I so badly wanted to leave happy but left fighting tears. We didn't feel like valued customers at all and just felt like if we didn't quietly listen to her talk, we didn't matter to her. I definitely would recommend trying to find somewhere else. read more

I went in today at 16 weeks for a gender reveal. They have plenty of parking so parking should not be an issue! I appreciate that they was so understanding of me running late. Even with me being late I still only waited about 10 minutes in which I couldn't believe! I was greeted by Maria and her front staff (don't recall name) but they was both nice and very welcoming! They have a nice sitting area (pic attached) also a play area and the ultrasound rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable! My how technology has changed! Our youngest is 18 years old so he was speechless doing the entire ultrasound. The prices are worth it! Dad already set us for a return visit when our baby is bigger read more

This place is simply amazing in every aspect. The front desk/tech was very friendly, the atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and very inviting. I do want to take a moment to acknowledge Ms. Maria (the owner of the facility). Maria has got to be the nicest, most comforting person I think I have ever come in contact with. I was having some issues and started to feel a little emotionally un-attached to the pregnancy. Maria spoke to me on the phone at one point and really eased my nerves on a more personal level. I decided to book a 3D scan with her about a week later--hoping to feel more attached to my baby and body. Maria was such a sweet heart from the moment I spoke with her, to the moment I saw my little guy on screen. She was constantly making sweet comments about how beautiful my child looked, and how special he was. Every little kick, flip, or smile my baby made, was celebrated by Maria, in turn, making me feel so much better about my pregnancy and child. I thank her for the support in such a difficult time in my life and for allowing me to have such a positive experience when all I had been receiving were negative experiences from my medical providers and sonographers. Thank you again for your amazing heart and customer service. I plan to be back for our 3rd ultrasound with you in a few weeks! read more

Worth it. Easy to park easy to locate. You check in and sign a small form and show proof of prenatal care. You pay up front and then head back. The room is so spacious with beautiful decorations and there's a large screen on the wall. Lights shut off and the video and pictures begin! Maria is such a wonderful woman. So entertaining and she is very exciting and encouraging. She explains everything you are looking at in detail. She'll have you get on your side if that will give you a better view of baby. All you have to do is wear a loose shirt and some loose pants. She will put a towel to tuck into your pants so the gel won't get everywhere. Wow. My husband and mother in law loved it. Afterwards we got a USB with the whole video of what we saw during the appt. Printouts of baby's best takes. I can't recommend this place enough. I was 32 weeks when I went. I would've done the 5d package for three visits if I found this place sooner. I am so happy with Maria and the whole experience. Thank you so much. read more

I may have given this place a higher review, if I had nothing else to compare it to. They are pricy for what they offer. They charge extra if you are caring twins. I wasn't pleased with the printouts. Only one photo looked like a baby. However, the establishment was comfortable and the tech was knowledgeable. read more

Just visited yesterday for the first time. I've been dying to know the gender of our first baby. The office is beautiful and welcoming. So nicely decorated. The individual room we had our ultrasound in was large and furnished with soft couches and tons of pretty pillows. The bed that I laid on looked like it was from IKEA rather than some cold, hard table found in a doctor's office. It was just myself, my husband, my mom, and brother, but that room could have accommodated many more. Plus it had a huge screen (and also a smaller screen) so all are guaranteed a good view! As for the ultrasound tech -- we had Maria. She was great! Our baby would not uncross its legs or move very much at first. She was very accommodating and patient. She spent about the first 25 min showing us baby's organs and other body parts while trying to get baby to move positions. After taking a break so I could move around, we again tried to find baby's gender. Maria persevered and found we are having a baby girl! I was so excited that rather than just sending us away, she was determined we would get what we came for when we left. Thank you from one satisfied customer!!! I highly recommend this place. Tip: I've always been a water drinker, and I feel like I've been drinking water like crazy the days prior to the appointment. But it wasn't enough. Even if you think you've drank enough water, just drink more so your baby has the most room available to move around!! read more

I got the onetime 15 minute session for my husband's birthday present. I was 27 weeks pregnant at the time. When I called they were hesitant to let me book for the following day as they said I would need to hydrate (by drinking at least 2 liters of water a day for three days) ahead of time. I tried to reassure them that I am big water drinker and I normally drink much more water than that a day, but they really insisted I give myself at least two days to hydrate, so we compromised. When we arrived at the office the receptionists were polite and welcoming. They actually seemed excited to do their job, oohhing and ahhing over the prior person's photo. I was quickly brought back to the ultrasound room which was huge and nicely decorated, flameless flickering candles and all. I had to lay on an elevated twin bed that seemed much more homey and less clinical than I expected. We had a male ultrasound technician who jumped right into the session. He was very enthusistic and talked quickly through the whole experience. He spoke so much, in fact, that there weren't many opportunities for us to talk or ask questions. He was moving at lightening speed to ensure we made the most of our 15 minutes, but within 30 seconds of turning on the machine he was able to bring up images of our adorable little baby. One thing I was surprised by was the number of positions I was expected to contort into. Some of the positions were pretty uncomfortable, and he pressed really hard into my abdomen. At one point he even had my husband get involved by helping push down on my hips or pull down on my legs. My baby likes to keep his hands in front of his face, so the tech actually slapped my belly really hard several times to jiggle his hands out of the way. It worked and I understand why he did it, but it seemed a little much. I would have preferred a more calm and zen experience. In the end, we were able to get lots of adorable pictures of our baby within the 15 minute time frame. On our way out, the receptionists gave us ooohs and ahhhs too, and complimented me on how well I had hydrated before the appointment (I maybe only drank 2-3 extra glasses of water a day). I would definitely consider coming here again, but I might ask the tech to be a little more slow and gentle, even if we don't get the most perfect photo of the baby. read more

My mom and I absolutely enjoyed our entire time getting a peek at my baby. Maria was lovely and so knowledgeable on how to make the most of his positioning and get clear images. I wouldn't go as far to say don't come here because it was neat to be able to see my daughter live in 3D/4D. However, my wife and I had an experience that was disappointing.... We paid the $275 to get the photos and video. After our session we went home only to find out that the video dvd was blank. I tried playing it in a mac and pc to which neither worked. My wife called them and Stavros (SP?) said they get these complaints all the time and he ensured us that the DVD worked. So we took the DVD and the mac in to the office to prove to them that their DVD did not work. Sure enough, they admitted that the DVD was empty. They offered us to reschedule for another visit but by that time we were beyond the recommended time-frame for which they said their service would be effective. So we just wanted our money back. They only offered to pay us $35! Then the CEO Maria argued with my wife that she didn't care about our thoughts because "they have the best reviews". The only reason why I paid almost $300 was to be able to have a video to cherish for the rest of our lives. They messed that up. If I were you, I would think twice about using their services. Pay for minimum just to be able to see your child in real time 3D/4D, don't count on them to provide anything more like good customer service or products. read more

I had a simple 2D gender session, as I was anxious to find out the sex of my baby. I opted for the $75 deal they have on Tuesdays, as the other packages are a bit more than I wanted to pay (though are right in line with what other places are charging). It was a delightful surprise walking into the waiting area. The building that houses this business is your typical bland, uninviting brick office building -- but the front area of their office is spacious, bright, well-decorated, and has a nice, homey feel. The real selling point for me with booking this appointment, was that they allowed me to bring my young children. Kids are usually a no-no at most medical ultrasounds. Them allowing my little ones to the session saved me about $30 on a babysitter. After filling out some paperwork, I was led to the ultrasound room. It's a big, beautiful room, that almost looks like a hotel room. There's a large couch and a comfy bed that you lie on. They also have a little play area for kids inside the room. There's a huge screen for your family (and you) to see the images from the ultrasound. Of course my youngest decided to be grumpy that day and started fussing as the session started. The lady at the front desk offered to watch him in the waiting room for me. AMAZING. I cannot express how grateful I was for her kindness. The man doing the ultrasound jammed in as much information about the baby as possible in those short 10 minutes. He told me the gender (obviously); showed the heart rate; he tried to show me the baby from as many angles as possible; and he worked hard to get me a couple good profile images (which he printed out). A wonderful experience. Highly recommended. read more

Ok this review is just based on the conversation I had with the receptions. I called to get some information about different packages. Lady who answered the phone. Was rude, disrespectful and trying to push me to get the more expensive package that they have. So again I asked the difference between the 15min and 30 min, she said something like, " we are not taking other client for 30min" which totally doesn't answer my question. Whoever she is, this office needs to get it right and have office meeting and teach her how to respond to client on the phone. Keep in mind that you are helping pregnant ladies, learn to have some respect. Definitely not spending my money here. read more

I just finished my last visit today out of three with InfantSee4D, and I am just overall very happy with my experience. To begin, I purchased the VIP package which includes 3 visits for $450; which is a very fair price considering what you get. Each visit comes with wallet size photos, DVDs and CDs to take home that captures your little one all in 4D/5D from your appointment so you and your family can watch it over and over again =). That being said, my first visit was at 21 weeks, my second appointment was at 25 weeks, and my last appointment was done today at 30 gestational weeks. If you're considering scheduling an appointment I highly recommend opting for the VIP package and scheduling your visits around 21,25,29 gestational weeks. You get to see how much your baby changes in the short weeks and it makes you feel much more connected with your little one. With that said, I had Maria for my first two visits and my visit today was with Stavros. I have nothing but great things to say about the both of them. Immediately after meeting them I felt welcomed and super comfortable. And I really appreciate how thorough Stavros was during my appointment today, especially considering it was a bit difficult to get good angles of my baby because he's getting bigger and has less room in my tummy. My favorite visit was at 25 gestational weeks because my baby wasn't to big or small at this period and I really got to see him move, kick, and suck on the umbilical cord. OH I must add, if you're planning on having the ultrasound done, drink LOTS of water so they can get clear pictures of the baby. All in all I am so pleased with my experience and sad today was my last visit, but I will definitely be referring my expecting friends. read more

Love, love, love this place. The staff are really nice and efficient. My wife and I got the package with the DVD and stuff. We we not disappointed. We went there with our daughter, and she had a wonderful time watching her baby sister on the large projection screen in 3D. There were also several other monitors, so my wife could watch comfortably, and a great sound system for listening to the baby's heartbeat. The staff was very helpful, and made it a comfortable, fun process for my whole family. While the building is a little old, and the waiting room is somewhat run-down, the ultrasound studio itself is very nicely set up and very comfortable. They also have some amazing before-and-after pictures so you can get an idea of just how accurate the 3D ultrasound is. We got a nice package with the still pictures and a video. read more

I don't usually write reviews but we got such great service here that I felt compelled to say something. First, the response to my phone calls and emails were very prompt - call was picked up on first ring and email was responded to within a couple of hours - compared to another local place I had first tried and given up on when I didn't hear back from them by phone OR email for several days. I only got the 2D package, plus I brought my hubby and 4 kids with me and did not pay for the bigger room, and was prepared to leave my older kids in the waiting room because if you don't upgrade, you're only allowed 3 people watching - so I was pleasantly surprised when they not only ushered us into the bigger, comfy room with the big screen, but the tech proceeded to treat us to a few lovely 3D images of our little one for no extra charge. The tech was professional, sweet and friendly, and says she's never been wrong about gender before! Even my hubby raved about the experience. I got my ultrasound at 16 weeks and got what I wanted. I am thankful to have found this wonderful place and look forward to using them again and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. read more

Great experience all around! Wish I had done it with my first! What a fun and special experience. They really made me (and baby) feel very welcomed. The room was larger than I expected and very cozy, decorated nicely. They really make you feel like family. Oh, and the technology is very impressive! The quality is amazing, and I received some real time prints and got the rest on USB to take home. Maria made sure to get tons of really cute photos of my baby girl, from all different angles. We had an amazing experience here and I would recommend it to any mom-to-be! This is my second pregnancy and I had my last "4D sono" -which was actually a 3D- at my ob/gyn office. We weren't able to get the clearest pictures- only 1 or 2 usable ones.. and they wouldn't allow us to record it or anything. It was very "medical." We also tried another local 4D sono company and they were Horrible. So we fatefully found InfantSee4D :) Our experience with this company was Amazing. It was truly an intimate and memorable experience. When you walk in it's a nicely set up office and the staff are so welcoming and friendly right away. The sonographer Maria took us into the sono room, which looked more like a nice hotel room. It was set up with a nice bed, and a huge L shaped couch for family and friends to sit if you want to bring them. There is a huge theater style screen with a projector, and a smaller monitor on the side of the bed in case you have to turn to the side- like I did. Maria really knows what she's doing, and is so enthusiastic about what she does. We got almost 30 Good pictures within a 15 minute timeframe. We also chose to get the heartbeat keepsake; a really adorable idea. At the end they give you a CD of the pictures and a DVD of the whole session which plays to music, along with some free gifts and coupons. Everything from beginning to end about this place is Quality. It's not the cheapest option. But I've done cheaper, and I can tell you it's a waste of money. Going here is well worth it. It's something you don't always get the opportunity to do, and it's a lifetime memory you get to keep. read more

Maria Christopoulos, whom we have seen twice, and look forward on seeing her again for our 35th week. My husband, Richard Rudenko, and I went when I was just 18 weeks and again just now at 24 weeks. We both have enjoyed our visits to the office. The whole office, including the restroom, is very clean and beautifully decorated. Maria is very friendly on the phone and in person. She is very professional and truly loves what she does. I highly recommend this office and staff to everyone. I have even taken some of their flyers to my doctor's office and midwives. We even have some at our automotive shop, Swedish Motor Cars, in Falls Church, to give to our customers. And, of course, with the latest technology, Maria gave us a Cd and a USB to see our baby. I had my gender ultrasound at 14 weeks and the male technician declared my baby was a girl. At 20 weeks, I had another gender ultrasound with my OB, and obviously it was a BOY. We had a good experience at InfantSee4d. We made an appointment at 17 weeks for a 2D gender ultrasound. We ended up having to reschedule because there was a snow storm on the day of our original appointment, and the owner was very accommodating. The facilities are nice and the ultrasound technician was great. She seemed very experienced and made the experience fun for both of us. We saw the gender right away and she spent the rest of the appointment showing us the baby at different angles and taking some photos for us to take home. I've reduced the stars for two reasons. First, we felt like they really tried to hard sell us on the 2D/3D combo package. We just wanted to know the gender, and don't have any interest in coming back for a 3D scan (given the FDA warnings against elective ultrasounds, we didn't want to have more than one). We declined each time, but found the repeat sales pitches to be annoying. Second, the morning of our appointment I was reading the company's website and facebook page more closely, and it became clear that the owners are avid pro-life supporters and use their business platform to push the pro-life agenda. My husband and I are strongly pro-choice, and I was uncomfortable supporting a business with an active pro-life agenda. At this point it was too late to cancel, so we went ahead with the appointment. However, I'm sure that both pro-life and pro-choice people look for elective ultrasound facilities in this area, and I don't think that a company like this should use its business platform to push a pro-life agenda. If we have another baby, I won't use their services again for this reason. read more

I've found out the gender of all three of my kids with Maria and Stav. The atmosphere they've created is fun, loving and so inviting for family/friends or if you choose to keep it intimate- it's also the perfect space. They always accommodate and have always given me "extra time" at no cost. With my first my baby was giving Stav a hard time and he offered for us to come back after I had some lunch. It worked like a charm and we found out I was a boy. I always recommend them to new parents to be. It's such a fun and unique experience. Everyone at InfantSee is very friendly. They are also extremely responsive to emails - most of mine were responded to within a few hours, or faster. The place is easy to find, just about 2 blocks from the Fairfax Courthouse Complex, and it has ample parking. The waiting room is comfortable and inviting, and the sonogram suites are lovely. They have a very comfy bed for Mom to lay on, with a HUGE TV on the wall, and smaller monitors to the sides of the bed. There is plenty of seating space for guests (we had 10 family members with us the first time, 5 the second). The guy (I don't remember his name) who does the sonograms is very friendly, and VERY dedicated to getting good shots of your little person! He will roll you all over on your sides to get the right angle, which I really appreciated. We got absolutely precious 3D pictures on our second visit. We look at them every day and cherish them so much. We were happy with our decision (based on their advice) to schedule the second sonogram at 28.5 weeks. Our little guy's facial features had definitely filled out - we could see he had Mommy's nose and Daddy's jaw. But he was also still small enough to get good pictures of him on the screen, as opposed to a few weeks from now when he will be bigger, as they really pack on the weight during the 3rd trimester! We were also very pleased with the quality of the DVD and pictures. They printed out several black and white 3D pictures (maybe 10?) on sonogram paper, as well as the "best" 3D shot in some wallet sized color (sepia toned) pictures. We also got a DVD with 36 pictures (from our 15 minute sonogram), and of course the video, which was wonderful. Our families loved the pictures. The gender confirmation session (not done in 3D - not sure if that's always the case, but we were told that he was so small at 16 weeks that there wouldn't be much more you could see in 3D, which was fine), was also very nice. We had the same guy for this sonogram, and again he was very friendly and worked hard to show everyone as many different angles and views of baby as possible. The DVD and pictures from this session were also something that we have loved having. Perhaps one of the best things about this place, though, has nothing to do with the actual sonograms. In a world that is absolutely laden with maternity and baby places that try to "up sell" you, InfantSee4D NEVER did that to us. Of course, they will send you promotional emails and coupons. But we were never bothered once we were in the office about extending our time, getting a better package, or purchasing another item. They do have some things (key chains, animals with baby's heartbeat) on display, but they never once tried to convince me to buy it. It was there for you to see if you wanted to purchase, but never "forced" on you. Even when we went in for the first session, I inquired about purchasing a double session package, rather than them trying to get me to commit to it. I really, truly appreciated that they did not try to use a sentimental and happy time to try and get me to spend money I didn't want to spend, and I found the way they run their business to be professional and courteous to their clients. On top of that, their products are absolutely excellent, and the sonogram experience is just wonderful. We cannot wait to come back with the rest of our pregnancies! read more
