I like that they ask you what to focus on. That's different from another cleaning service I have used. The main thing for me was to clean our hardwood floors. It's more difficult than vacuuming and it's the chore I hate the most. I was SO DISAPPOINTED to come home and realize that 1) my shoes were leaving prints in whatever film was on the floor and 2) that there were still gunky spots where stuff had been spilled or whatever. I spoke to my husband who said she'd just mopped the floor with plain water. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU CLEAN HARDWOOD. I had to re-clean the ENTIRE floor before my guests came over. I was not happy. The woman cleaning essentially asked my husband for a tip by pointing out that she vacuumed the couch when she wasn't asked to. I told her the kitchen and bathrooms. She worked for two and a half hours. I appreciated that she worked longer than she had to, so I didn't want to take more of her time checking her work. Big mistake. When she left, I saw that the ring around my tub was still there. So were some dark fingerprints that a repair person had left on my bathroom wall the previous week. I didn't have time to coordinate another visit, so I got in the tub with some Soft Scrub and a brush and took care of it myself. I don't think the gal who cleaned was trying to cut corners. I think she is probably just one of Busy Bees newer house-cleaners. She seemed to have a good attitude but just needs some guidance. If you're going to use Busy Bees, then you might want to ask for a more experienced person.
