Since 7-Eleven bought them out, I don't done here nearly as often. Tonight's trip there was a perfect illustration of all of the reasons. The fryers At the cafe for down as well the pizza maker so almost no food available. The fryers in particular have been down for about a week now. I used to eat something from there pretty much everyday but obviously I can't if it's closed. But that's not the only thing that was down. 2 flavors of soda out of order. 2 flavors of slurpee out of order. If you're on food stamps, go someplace because their EBT machine is down. Hungry for hit dogs? Too bad...none on the grill. So I decided just to get a super big gulp. Um...no straws. That's because you now have to ask the cashier for 1And then they give you a paper straw that's about 3" shorter than the cup itself. Perfect!

I don't really fancy the idea of reviewing a Walmart Supercenter preciseley because we all know they're primary benefit is low prices - everything else, with rare exceptions, is pretty much a weakness. I've been to this one more than a few times as a shopper primarily because it has always felt less likely you'd get shot here than at the one on Keystone. I also find the customer service typically a wee bit higher at this Wal-Mart than Keystone. I also now have a Neighborhood Market closer to my home, so lately I've not had to really hit the Supercenters as much. There are a handful of national retailers participating in the vaccine roll-out (at least here in Indiana). After exploring some options, once I qualified I decided to go ahead and sign up at this Wal-Mart because it's fairly close to my home and they were offering an appointment only about a week away. Since I knew it would be the pharmacist giving the injection, what could possibly go wrong? Oy. I arrived about 20 minutes prior to my scheduled and confirmed appointment. I'd pre-registered. There were cars in the parking lot, though it was emptier than usual. I quickly learned that they'd had the power go out and were not allowing anyone in. In fact, they were practically shouting at anyone who tried to come near the door. Obviously, I needed to know how they were handling scheduled vaccine appointments for a vaccine that would spoil if not frozen (since the power was out). Of course, I got met with "I don't know anything about that." Hmm. Well, how about you actually go ask? I mean, this is actually a scheduled appointment nobody had bothered to cancel and, well, certain life or death issues? I'm just saying. Alas, they were too lazy to actually inquire. Nearly 24 hours, I've received no contact from Wal-Mart to actually reschedule and, as such, will likely have to start the process all over again. Once again, Wal-Mart proves their customer service to be a zero. I give an extra star for honestly low prices. Truthfully, I should have known better than to not go to a medical center. Never again. Never again to Wal-Mart.

This place is a filthy dump! So much trash in the parking lot I know it's the east side it's…read moretotally going downhill even businesses feel like they don't have to clean up their parking lot because the majority of people are black peoples! They believe some of us live like this, and this is all we are accustomed to. It's a disgrace and it's expensive for a pack of gum. And the gum is hard and stale! I mentioned to the guy that was standing at the counter looking clueless that his parking lot was filthy. A bunch of Indians just standing around not caring at all about community..at least keep your place clean! Even if it is in the hood! Constantly making all the money and overcharging for every product in there. The only price they can't gouge, or control is gas but they're taking advantage of you for the rest of it.

This pharmacy does not interface well with the Indiana Medicaid system. Medicaid says I'm enrolled…read morein traditional Medicaid, but several times the clerks have told me that I'm not enrolled in Medicaid. I have no medicine from this pharmacy. I don't know if the problem is with this pharmacy or with the State of Indiana...and I can't have an answer.
