Quality service department…read more The only reason they are four instead of five stars is because the service department has that all too common attitude of "I have been working here 30 years and you haven't." Honestly, I can understand that attitude. The guy has been there 30 years, knows the vehicles inside and out, and has to interact every day with idiots who don't know an alternator from a disc brake. And he's supposed to do it with a smile on his face while treating the idiots like respectable human beings. Tough job. Still four stars and I can recommend.

The worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership. The financing guy and those in the title…read moredepartment gave us the wrong instructions on a titling issue. They hounded us to get it fixed while telling us the wrong things to do. My wife and I (with two small kids we need to tote around) still have not been able to register 9 months in to our lease! Eventually this place was taken to court for selling our trade in without getting the title fixed. AJ Roush and Steve Reynolds offered no help, knowing all of this took place. They showed zero remorse and even held my registration up longer by not giving my wife and I the basic docs until we drove 45 minutes there and back to Westfield to pay a tax. Never do business with this company. I look forward to my lease being over so I can get away from this place. I will never do business with them again.

The paperwork part wasn't too bad and didn't take too long. Our car sales man's name was Michael White and he was helpful. While waiting for the paperwork for the purchase to be completed, I learned about the business. It's family owned, started in 1950s by Ed Martin. It was bought by his daughter Kathy, and she and her husband, Mark, still own it. They have 10 locations in Indiana. If you appreciate a specific person, you can write a review on dealerrater.com Our finance guy, Casey Price, was also nice and helpful. They have this cool electronic board to sign the documents. I'd never seen anything like it, I was amazed. I loved the package deal they offer. Our purchase came with gap insurance, glass coat for protection of the vehicle, and lifetime warranty on the engine. Having a lifetime warranty on the engine is amazing. Inside was clean. They had a nice area with drinks, tea, water, and coffee. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

But when I contacted them, they let me K ow that they actually had a 2027 Limited that had just arrived (and wasn't even showing in their online inventory). I came in that afternoon and test drove the Limited. They already had at least half a dozen reservations for this vehicle (one guy was driving in from Illinois to buy it the next day), but they let me know that I could have it if I wanted it. I liked it well enough and Hyundai was offering $4000 off, so I pulled the trigger. I was in and out in under 2 hours.
