I spoke with the manager and explained the treatment I'd been receiving. I wanted him to talk to her about the way I'm being treated. He said that I must have done something to upset her. I informed him that she has waited on me for years with no problems.. I've been merely making purchases and leaving. There are floor staff everywhere to answer questions. In response to the previous review about chatty cashiers -- this isn't a chain store. It's a local place with lifetime customers including other businesses, contractors, homeowners and vacationers, too. It's a community business where we can take a moment to acknowledge each other with a "hello how are you." If the reviewer was that put out they could have easily said something to the (always present) owner rather than complain about it here. The friendly cashiers are long female time employees who will not only ring up your purchase but are very knowledgable about the products sold and where to find them.

No O Cedar flip mop to be found...when I asked one of the staff members about the item, I showed her the item on their Ace mobile app and she went on their system to check for inventory...she said, they had none in the store...but the mobile app said they did.... Confusing... She said, I can order from our warehouse and you might be able to pick up next week, I said, yes...so I can use my coupon. When she went to get the special order entered, the system said that they are no longer getting any more of these mops.... Weird how the mobile app inventory and the store inventories do not seem to talk to each other... Unfortunately we left the store empty handed....
