I had ordered a custom cut 1/2" thick piece of clear plexiglass several months ago. We finally got around to installing it and come to find out I provided the wrong measurements . So I called and explained my problem. I spoke with Nelson and he said bring it by. When we arrived we met with Yasmin, who was super helpful. Because I had removed the protective film there was concern about recutting the plexiglass and possibly damaging it. She consulted with her manager Jeff. They took the piece back to recut and within minutes it was as cut off I perfection l. Thanks Nelson, Yasmin & Jeff!! I value a business that has great customer service, knowledgeable friendly employees and taking pride in delivering quality products. I highly recommend Industrial Plastic Supply. They have a vast inventory for anything you need. read more

Yazmin wrote up a bid for us, and from our initial meeting she was great to work with and extremely helpful, even though it wasn't a huge order. Another company came in at a lower price, but Yazmin's customer service won me over--and I'm glad it did. She originally told me the turnaround would be 1-2 weeks, but amazingly, she had everything completed in just 2 days. Then I realized I had given her an inaccurate count and needed to add another 100 pieces. She got those done that same afternoon! I'm a 68-year-old general contractor, and I've always thought I provided great customer service, but Yazmin went above and beyond even what I would expect of myself. That's saying something! Thanks again, Yazmin, for the outstanding service. -- Pete, America Pro Design, Inc. read more

I have called around looking for some 4" natural acetal rod. I was unable to locate until I call Nelson at Industrial Plastics. They had it in stock, and were able to cut it to 40" pieces for me to transport. Great shop with lots of materials and polite staff. Thanks for the help. read more

Industrial Plastic Supply - Here is the rod I needed. Thanks Nelson - Wholesale Stores Near Me - Anaheim, California

This place is pretty awesome, it's rare to find a business that specializes in a singular material and that's open to the public versus only wholesale. It's basically a lumber yard for plastics, it's overwhelmingly interesting. I came here because I need to replace a window pane I accidentally broke refinishing a backdoor. My options were replace it with glass or use acrylic/plexiglass. I did my own research and decided to visit Industrial Plastic Supply to get a more in depth understanding of the materials. I showed up, parking was easy and the staff were more than helpful. Now this is why the review is so detailed: I went into the back where the materials are and I was greeted by Jeff. He asked me what I needed and I explained my situation. He helped me with showing me different thicknesses of plexiglass. And then I commenced with my questions about the material. How it performs with heat, if there's expansion based on temp change, durability, glass vs plexi, can it withstand uv rays for a prolonged period of time...yada yada. He welcomed every question, not once did I ever feel like I was getting brushed off with a mundane answer. He took the time to help me understand the material and he also told me "glass might be cheaper, I know a guy over at *****glass shop who can get you prices". So he offered me a solution that wasn't profitable to him or the business he represents. I asked a few more questions, he went and grabbed another piece of plexiglass. Told me I could take it, a scrap piece but it was enough for me to be able to take it home and visualize/check to see if it was something I was happy with over glass. A handful of days pass and I made up my mind. I went back to Industrial Plastic Supply, went into the back, was greeted and I asked if Jeff was in. Waited a few and he comes out, say our hellos and I asked him if there were any more scrap pieces that could be used for the size of the window panes I was going to replace (all 4 since). I showed him the piece he gave me, he asked me the size I needed and walked to the back. I waited a few minutes. Jeff comes walking back, material in hand. Hands it to me, all the pieces have been cut and that was that. Mind you all I asked was if there any other scrap pieces that I could purchase, with the intention of cutting them at home. He went through the trouble to have his guys find the pieces that would work, had them cut out to size and nonchalantly walked them over to me like it wasn't a big deal. This is customer service at its finest. He helped educate me on the product, he showed empathy for my screw up and he selflessly did a massive solid for me. These are the types of people and businesses we need to support and keep around. I would highly recommend going here for any and every plexiglass need you might have. They sell blocks, sheets, rod, transparent, opaque and just tons of plastic product it's pretty damn amazing as far materials options go. Jeff is a wonderful human being and I hope anyone that goes there, experiences what I did. read more

This is the greatest plastic place I have ever used. I spoke with Yazmin, and she helped me with choosing the right material, sent me a data sheet on the material and then provided a small sample. The item she suggested worked perfectly, and I have since ordered the whole job with her. I am so happy to find a place that has a great selection, and huge inventory of the stuff I needed. Thanks! read more

Avoid doing business with this company, I have had nothing but bad experiences doing business with them. I placed a large order with them and I was told it was ready for pickup, after driving 2 hours to pick up my order they are unable to find my order. I was told by a employee that product from my order was needed to complete a order for one of their biggest customers. I was furious that this happened, this is not how you conduct business, they are very unprofessional and liars. The tried to blame the problem on covid. I will take my money elsewhere where my business is actually appreciated. Due to the loss of my order I lost well over $10,000 and I lost a good customer. This is definitely the right company, I have no desire to talk to management because the damage is already done and I am warning current and potential customers to their practices. I highly doubt there is another plastic supplier right across the street from Angeles stadium. read more

They completely screwed up my order. Cost me Many many $. Delayed delivery by months. They blame it of course on the factory. Bad. Use someone else. read more

Absolutely incredible customer service and pricing. I stopped by for a 1/4" sheet of ABS plastic today for a custom automotive project and was greeted by a gentleman in will-call who informed me someone from counter sales would help me shortly. I was then welcomed by Graham who was extremely helpful in showing me a sample of the product I needed before he rang me up. He provided me with tips on how to cut the product and even sent me home with a sample piece to try on before committing to cutting my main sheet! The forklift/will-call associate was kind enough to help me load into the back of my truck as well. I wish all businesses provided this kind of customer service. I will definitely be returning for any plastic needs! read more

Amazing costumer service! Got exactly what I needed and the lady who helped me was fantastic!

I have been searching for a new plastic supplier. The last place had to order everything from the factory, which meant I always had to wait 7-10 days. These guys stock a ton of materials and Nelson is a plastic wizard. He and Carlos both bend over backwards to help. Almost everything I have asked for they have in stock. Update: Just visited again and Carlos bent over backward to help. I wish all Supply places had customer service people like Carlos. Thanks for all the help! read more

Industrial Plastic Supply - Here is the outside of their big warehouse - Wholesale Stores Near Me - Anaheim, California

Working on a trade show display for my company. My boss wanted a clean new look in clean white, instead of our usual brushed metal. Doing a quick web search, Industrial Plastic Supply came up. After a short phone call, it was clear that they would have what I needed in white acrylic sheet to build new displays. I went there and got great service, and custom cut plastic panels. I even got a quick tour of the shop so I'll know what they've got for my next project. Good people! read more

Arrived at this plastic wonderland around half an hour before closing time. The employee was really kind and took interest in our project. He asked a few questions to get a better understanding on the best suitable product. Very knowledgable in the plastics about durability and flexibility. We even were allowed to be shown the products. He walked us to the items and took it out of the covering to explain the dimensions and the weight it can withhold. These guys are no joke. Rows upon rows of various plastic tubes, slabs, etc. We can't wait to return. read more

My boss advised me to stop by this little gem for all my plastic needs. I needed an acrylic sheet for a display I was making and Miguel at Will Call completely amazed me with his prompt customer service. He first inquired what I was looking for and being that I gave him a vague discription, he began to provide me with samples that will hopefully fit my need. Not being sure, he even allowed me to tour the warehouse and look at the materials up close and personal. To top it off he, let me go home with numerous samples that I can bring back to my employer/boss. Miguel said he wanted me to make an informed decision and also mentioned that if i needed anything else: will call pick up, had any questions, or just wanted knowledge, he's the guy to call. Customer service can't get any better than that! read more

This place is my favorite plastics supplier. They are always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I learn more about our options with various materials every time I go. Carlos has been especially helpful. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond to help. Keep up the great work guys! read more

DJ was fantastic and very helpful! Although he could not carry out my request( I need a plastic molding fabrication) he took the time out to explain to me what I need to get my project started. His patience, knowledge, and kindness was greatly appreciated. THANK YOU DJ!!! read more

Good plastic selection. But don't expect them to fall over with eagerness to help you and especially not with a smile. Customer service is very poor. I don't know what it is about this place or some of the other industrial supply stores out there(like Mcfadden & Dale) but, they start off treating you like an a-hole then maybe soften up a little when you start to pull out your wallet. Thats not how our company likes to do business. I would prefer they be helpful from the start instead of giving so much attitude. And the gal answering the phone, terribly rude. read more

I needed some exactly cut acrylic for a unique and complex light box for a long-term photographic project for expensive images, yet I had no idea where to start. A friend belonging to our church had completed a huge project (giving a trailer a "new" roof) recommended Industrial Plastic Supply in Anaheim. The first person I met, Nelson Hernandez, is a true professional, and he is a great guy who treated me very kindly despite the fact that I had no idea what to expect and that my project was not likely to make the company's fortune. In fact, the prices were LESS than half the price of comparable products at other companies, including on the Internet! I was pleasantly surprised when the pieces were available and ready to be picked up within hours and they were perfect! A week later I needed a small change to a key piece, and Nelson greeted me by name and shook my hand as if we had known each other for years! What a great "Director of First Impressions"! When I asked for the change, he took my piece of acrylic into the back and had his friend Angel take care of it immediately and at no charge! It (again) fit perfectly! Nelson and Angel have absolutely ensured my continued patronage, and I have already recommended Industrial Plastics to several of my friends as well as to our entire church. I have a few other ideas on this and other projects and am actually looking forward to seeing Nelson and Angel later this week to discuss these new thoughts with real professionals who can tell me in a moment the very best ways of going forward. If anyone needs anything to do with plastics, large or small, make sure to ask for Nelson; he'll take great care of both you and your requirements, and to top it off he even has a great sense of humor! read more

I've been working with IPS for the last few weeks on my small kitchen project. Nelson has gone above and beyond and has answered numerous emails, phone calls and in-person questions from me. I've been there to pick up my orders on 5 different occasions and each time everyone has been prompt, courteous and helpful. Craftsmanship has been spot on as well. Would highly recommend whether you have a big project or small one like mine. read more

I've shopped there several times for restaurant renovation. I needed to make some open top boxes and a large box that will be holding water. I can make this long, so I can make you bored. But, all I need to say is TALK TO "CARLOS" and HE WILL SORT THINGS OUT FOR YOU. He knows what he's doing, and he makes it so easy to understand what many people might have encountered for the first time. read more

If you look at my account, you could see that I don't leave reviews much. However, the service here warranted a review. Nelson helped me out and went above and beyond my needs and got me exactly what I needed and more. If I ever need anything plastic related I wouldn't mind making the longer trip out from Seal Beach to here because of how pleased I was with this experience! read more

I called them and worked with one of their reps on a custom project I needed for work. It started with me describing the problem and their rep helped me find the right product, they then sketched out a design for my approval and fabricated at a reasonable price. I am overall happy, the material suggested has held up for a few years now although it has flexed a little more than preferred, still significantly more durable than what another vendor sold us. read more

Great place! Great service. I have a bad habit of "same day order/pickup". They have always filled, no problem!! Carlos always gives us a deal and is alway a pleasure to talk with. I happen to be there one afternoon while he was on the phone with a difficult customer. He handled the situation with calm, pleasant energy. Customer service is tough!! He is a definite asset! read more

I went to industrial plastic supply the other day to purchase some plastic for a project. Carlos helped me on the floor and was extremely helpful! He really took the time to help me! It was nearing closing time but Carlos didn't care and still treated me as though I was a customer that came in first thing. Thank you to Carlos my project came out great and he helped me pick out the right plastics for my needs! I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back in the future! read more

Awesome place, workers are really helpful and knowledgeable...They sell scrap plastic by the pound which is great.

I was pleased to find this little gem in the heart of OC. It doesn't look like much business is taking place looking out from the modest exterior of the building. To my surprise, after walking in at the will call area. I saw what has made this industrial supply warehouse so special. The employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. Also there are real good deals on plastic remnants sold by the pound. I came upon some UHMW Rod that I saw online for 3 times the amount I paid for. Score one for me and these guys for supplying me with it! read more

Customer service is horrible. They quoted us one price, wrote it on their business card and my husband came back the next day and said that the real price is $100 more than what they said it was going to be. My husband asked to speak to a supervisor and they blew him off! Thanks for nothing...Go to OCIP! Way more helpful and accomodating! read more

I went by yesterday on the recommendation of a friend, and I can see why he raved about this place. They have a free bin in the yard that has rotating stock and I found a few pieces I could use for practice cuts before committing to the good stuff I purchased. Prices are very good and Carlos was a great help with explaining differences in the types of plastics and how the properties of each can affect the final product. Carlos hand cut some rod I purchased for a project and even helped me load a longer piece of sheet into my small car. Let's say that he's done it a time or two as he knew the tricks to get it to fit. I'll be going back for my plastics needs and will be ordering some full acrylic sheets for my project needs! read more

I found IPS online and paid them a visit with some tough technical questions. Carlos showed personal interest and took the time to educate me on the working properties of different types of plastics to help engineer a good match for my needs. In addition, he provided me with samples of different material types to test. He seemed solution oriented and gave me a very positive impression of IPS. I have dealt with other plastic suppliers over the years and found this experience, and pricing, refreshing by contrast. ...my new favorite. read more
