This place is pretty awesome, it's rare to find a business that specializes in a singular material and that's open to the public versus only wholesale. It's basically a lumber yard for plastics, it's overwhelmingly interesting. I came here because I need to replace a window pane I accidentally broke refinishing a backdoor. My options were replace it with glass or use acrylic/plexiglass. I did my own research and decided to visit Industrial Plastic Supply to get a more in depth understanding of the materials. I showed up, parking was easy and the staff were more than helpful. Now this is why the review is so detailed: I went into the back where the materials are and I was greeted by Jeff. He asked me what I needed and I explained my situation. He helped me with showing me different thicknesses of plexiglass. And then I commenced with my questions about the material. How it performs with heat, if there's expansion based on temp change, durability, glass vs plexi, can it withstand uv rays for a prolonged period of time...yada yada. He welcomed every question, not once did I ever feel like I was getting brushed off with a mundane answer. He took the time to help me understand the material and he also told me "glass might be cheaper, I know a guy over at *****glass shop who can get you prices". So he offered me a solution that wasn't profitable to him or the business he represents. I asked a few more questions, he went and grabbed another piece of plexiglass. Told me I could take it, a scrap piece but it was enough for me to be able to take it home and visualize/check to see if it was something I was happy with over glass. A handful of days pass and I made up my mind. I went back to Industrial Plastic Supply, went into the back, was greeted and I asked if Jeff was in. Waited a few and he comes out, say our hellos and I asked him if there were any more scrap pieces that could be used for the size of the window panes I was going to replace (all 4 since). I showed him the piece he gave me, he asked me the size I needed and walked to the back. I waited a few minutes. Jeff comes walking back, material in hand. Hands it to me, all the pieces have been cut and that was that. Mind you all I asked was if there any other scrap pieces that I could purchase, with the intention of cutting them at home. He went through the trouble to have his guys find the pieces that would work, had them cut out to size and nonchalantly walked them over to me like it wasn't a big deal. This is customer service at its finest. He helped educate me on the product, he showed empathy for my screw up and he selflessly did a massive solid for me. These are the types of people and businesses we need to support and keep around. I would highly recommend going here for any and every plexiglass need you might have. They sell blocks, sheets, rod, transparent, opaque and just tons of plastic product it's pretty damn amazing as far materials options go. Avoid doing business with this company, I have had nothing but bad experiences doing business with them. I placed a large order with them and I was told it was ready for pickup, after driving 2 hours to pick up my order they are unable to find my order. I was told by a employee that product from my order was needed to complete a order for one of their biggest customers. I was furious that this happened, this is not how you conduct business, they are very unprofessional and liars. The tried to blame the problem on covid. I will take my money elsewhere where my business is actually appreciated. Due to the loss of my order I lost well over $10,000 and I lost a good customer. This is definitely the right company, I have no desire to talk to management because the damage is already done and I am warning current and potential customers to their practices. Absolutely incredible customer service and pricing. I stopped by for a 1/4" sheet of ABS plastic today for a custom automotive project and was greeted by a gentleman in will-call who informed me someone from counter sales would help me shortly. I was then welcomed by Graham who was extremely helpful in showing me a sample of the product I needed before he rang me up. He provided me with tips on how to cut the product and even sent me home with a sample piece to try on before committing to cutting my main sheet! The forklift/will-call associate was kind enough to help me load into the back of my truck as well. I wish all businesses provided this kind of customer service. Arrived at this plastic wonderland around half an hour before closing time. The employee was really kind and took interest in our project. He asked a few questions to get a better understanding on the best suitable product. Very knowledgable in the plastics about durability and flexibility. We even were allowed to be shown the products. He walked us to the items and took it out of the covering to explain the dimensions and the weight it can withhold. These guys are no joke. I needed an acrylic sheet for a display I was making and Miguel at Will Call completely amazed me with his prompt customer service. He first inquired what I was looking for and being that I gave him a vague discription, he began to provide me with samples that will hopefully fit my need. Not being sure, he even allowed me to tour the warehouse and look at the materials up close and personal. I needed some exactly cut acrylic for a unique and complex light box for a long-term photographic project for expensive images, yet I had no idea where to start. A friend belonging to our church had completed a huge project (giving a trailer a "new" roof) recommended Industrial Plastic Supply in Anaheim. The first person I met, Nelson Hernandez, is a true professional, and he is a great guy who treated me very kindly despite the fact that I had no idea what to expect and that my project was not likely to make the company's fortune. In fact, the prices were LESS than half the price of comparable products at other companies, including on the Internet! I was pleasantly surprised when the pieces were available and ready to be picked up within hours and they were perfect! A week later I needed a small change to a key piece, and Nelson greeted me by name and shook my hand as if we had known each other for years! What a great "Director of First Impressions"! I went by yesterday on the recommendation of a friend, and I can see why he raved about this place. They have a free bin in the yard that has rotating stock and I found a few pieces I could use for practice cuts before committing to the good stuff I purchased. Prices are very good and Carlos was a great help with explaining differences in the types of plastics and how the properties of each can affect the final product. Carlos hand cut some rod I purchased for a project and even helped me load a longer piece of sheet into my small car. Let's say that he's done it a time or two as he knew the tricks to get it to fit. I'll be going back for my plastics needs and will be ordering some full acrylic sheets for my project needs! read more

I was pleased to find this little gem in the heart of OC. It doesn't look like much business is taking place looking out from the modest exterior of the building. To my surprise, after walking in at the will call area. I saw what has made this industrial supply warehouse so special. The employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. Also there are real good deals on plastic remnants sold by the pound. I came upon some UHMW Rod that I saw online for 3 times the amount I paid for.
