Simply put what make them special, besides the selection, is the welcoming and friendly folks. Everyone gets greeted, they checked in on what we needed. Last time we visited, we asked about small rolls of brown shipping paper to warp some for the boxes we had at home. What we saw was a HUGE roll. Other stores would have said, "no, sorry".
