Manager Eddie in the computer & appliance department was so kind and professional and helped me with the exchange. I also had help choosing a computer and bag with the very techy computer department. I came back the next day and exchanged my computer and picked the new one with Forrest in Delivery. Thank you also to the front desk customer service guy who runs the front counter in the pick up section. Excellent customer service. Last but most important, a very BIG THANK YOU to Tevi in Customer Service for spending g so much time, researching my accounts, and then explaining all of my options. I paid off one account today, next month another and then I will have a year to pay off the computer. I am so proud how I am building my credit with RC Willey, which is exactly what they offer credit. To help their customers build credit. Also they have a blue delivery program which gives you feee delivery for a year for a nominal fee. If you have not shopped lately at RC Willey, I hope you bring your family and check out the store. Everyone there, especially Matt Treptow was very helpful and guided us to purchasing our dream kitchen at an affordable price. Czyz's should be your first stop if you are looking for quality appliances at affordable prices. They stand behind everything they sell. Definitely a 5 star experience! Highly recommend.

He is THE NICEST. I hope he stays forever. I have to give depot a good shout out for their plant return policy. I bought 800$ of plants from Moana nursery a few years ago and even had them plant them for me, just so these things would for sure grow well. Nope, and when 11 months were up, and the plants mostly dead, they didn't replace them. -- when I buy plants at depot they are so good about returns for dying plants. I will only get plants from depot now. The last time I was there they had pulled all their plants inside becuase it was 8:45pm and I guess it was going to freeze that night, so I really wasn't able to get to the plants I wanted to buy and had to come back the next day. Not a big deal, it I'm glad I didn't travel far for that.

STORE PROS None. STORE CONS NOT enough disabled parking, Parking lot is old and worn out making it difficult and unsafe for disabled people and parents with strollers to easily and safely navigate it. Has NO senior or military / Veterans parking. Decidedly LOUSY customer service. Unhelpful staff, long wait times to get help and to check-out, unresolved complaints, staff consistently displayed a lack of empathy, dismissed complaints, no concern for health and safety, shifted blame onto the customer. Staff made it clear we were an inconvenience to them rather than customers needing assistance. Does NOT honor, respect and thank Veterans. No longer accepts my Veteran's id at the store. Staff consistently acted like they didn't even know what a Veteran is! Also, has NO Yelp advertised Military / Veterans Discount. I say to those who fail to have a Military / Veterans Discount: Like your Freedom? Then have a daily publicly disclosed Military and Veterans Discount as a thank you to GIs and we Veterans for it provides resource to ensure Veterans (rare 6% of the population) and GIs (rare one-half of one percent of the population) opportunity to participate in American Dream Veterans and GIs' sacrifices have made possible for 100% of the population. For we paid not only our price owed for our Freedom we also paid the price owed for the Freedom of those who couldn't Serve and those who refused to Serve. Home Depot's official policy is it allows only Service Dogs in their stores. Here, TOO many dogs, clearly NOT Service Dogs, were not under control of their owner. Some dogs were NOT on leash; others had a leash NOT connected to their owners. Saw one large male dog mark / urinate on a product on the shelf. That means customers are unknowingly handling merchandise peed on by a dog. Saw a small dog drop a long poop trail while its owner was dragging it along, owner oblivious to what their dog was doing. Another dog jumped on me as I passed it while its another-oblivious-owner-as-to-what-their-dog-is-doing had their back to their dog as the owner was examining some product. Staff was dismissive, unconcerned, impatient, and just straight up rude when I brought all these issues to their attention. B U M M E R PRODUCT PROS Easy to install camera. Easy to link camera to my wifi. Price was average for the product. Resolution quality is adequate. Weather resistance is adequate. Infra-red lighting is adequate. PRODUCT CONS The remote viewing capability stopped a month later. That also means nothing is saved so we have NO ability to provide video and audio evidence to law enforcement or a lawyer or a judge. B U M M E R I WON'T be back. P.S. Don't message me because in spite of my several complaints to yelp, for years now I am unable to open up any messages in yelp to me :-(

Extremely disappointed with how this was handled. This company repaired my washing machine in 2024…read morefor $407. Now the exact same problem has returned. Because they were the company that originally repaired it, I called them first. I completely understand that more than a year has passed and that their warranty may technically be over. I was not demanding a free repair. But when a customer paid over $400 to fix a problem and comes back with the same issue, I would expect at least some accountability and an attempt at customer satisfaction. Instead, I was simply told that it had been more than a year and I would have to pay roughly the same amount again. No discount, no reduced diagnostic fee, no credit toward the previous repair, and no other option was offered. That means I would be close to $800 in repair costs for the same washing machine and the same problem, while a new washer is around $899. That makes absolutely no sense to me. We also have a one year old baby at home, so suddenly being without a working washing machine is already extremely frustrating. Having the company that previously repaired the exact issue show no willingness to work with a returning customer made the experience even worse. I understand warranties have expiration dates. What disappointed me is the complete lack of flexibility or goodwill after an expensive previous repair failed to give me confidence that the problem was actually resolved long term. I told them on the phone that I was unhappy with the service and would be finding another company. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not use them again.
