Butter Chicken - Y'all, this might be the first time in my life I've seen someone make butter chicken with texture and richness to this level. When they say it's their signature dish, I understand why. The chicken was grilled and had *actual* char marks, giving it actual texture and flavor. The curry tasted amazing and had so much butter that it was richer than Jeff Bezos. I almost couldn't finish it because it was so rich, but Mama didn't raise a quitter. 10/10, would eat again right now. There was a fish dish that I didn't try and a Chana Saag I just never made room for. There were many choices across a wide swath of foods and flavors. The Chai they had was also excellent.
