The woman on the phone assured me that she could accommodate me and set me up for 12:30 on Saturday. When I got there the place was pretty run down looking. When I walked in they looked me up and down and asked how they could help me. I said I had an appointment and one of the stylists asked if it was with Bobbi. I didn't know since I wasn't given a name when I called. The woman sitting stood up and told me to sit down in the chair. She asked me what I wanted and I explained that I straighten my hair so I like length in the back with a shorter cut on top. I also like layers. When she was finished she had chopped off everything in the back and left the top longer. Not what I wanted but I have had bad hair cuts in the past so I knew I would be able to work with it. Before I got up to pay I asked about the eye brow wax. Bobbi said she didn't know how to do that and said that the other two girls were the only ones that could do it. Well I specifically asked for the wax with the cut since I am going out of town and working with limited time. When I asked how long it might be before they could help me she asked if either of them would be able to do it. Both of them snapped a nasty remark back to Bobbi about having their own customers and she even commented that they just had to say yes or no. I knew right than that this was not a place that I would visit again. The place was as dirty and gross as their attitude. I know I wasn't a regular customer but feeling unwelcome wasn't going to make me want to be a regular customer. Find a place where they treat you like you are a paying customer and not a piece of gum on their shoe!
