The decor is simple and the atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. The locker room is very clean and the robes are comfy and they actually have larger sizes, which I was worried about. In fact, I was very nervous going to the spa since I'm on the large side but no one made me feel uncomfortable. I felt just like any other client. The manicure and pedicure are very thorough and so relaxing. The polish seems to last a long time (I have just gotten the regular polish, not the gel kind). The manicurists are friendly and will talk to you if you are into that or respect you if you just want to have peace and quiet. The massage was also complete and done respectfully and well. The chair is a massaging shiatsu self controlled while your feet go in the warm epson salt water at the base. I had never had this treatment so had no idea what to expect. The technician clipped, filed, picked Under & around cuticles, scrubbed w slightly sandpaper sponge, applied exfoliating scrub, applied oil, massaged feet and lower shins, applied hot towel to both feet, sprayed rubbing alcohol to nails and finally dried off feet. This treatment was called "refreshing pedicure ", it was $40. Having no other experience to base this against I have to rate it high. The massage was my favorite, the scrubbing of feet bottoms was least.
