Recently, I had a big job for her which she handled perfectly. I just moved into a new house. It has lovely drapes, which my cat got really excited about and jumped up on... clawing a big tear. I took pics to Efrat, and she said "no problem!" Fortunately, I live nearby, and she came to my house and fixed my curtains in about 2.5 hours. Now it has a finished hem with support inside (don't know the name but like a ribbon sewn all along inside seam for support). Also switched out straps on a velvet dress. Had to open dress and reattach. Fantastic and professional sewing work. Its a trade to be respected as takes a lot of time, patience and skill.
