My mom is old and went to the bank to get a loan, the plumber never called us. He charged my mom $480 to fix a toilet ring. OMG! My mom handed him $500 and he didn't even give her change and then he wrote on a piece of paper of a receipt, he didn't even give her a real receipt. We called the company and basically they just laughed in our faces. They took advantage of an older women and didn't give her any respect. We could of fixed her toilet ourselves, they never called us, and took cash without ever giving change or an actual receipt. Do not get ripped off by these guys. We called another plumber and he said, he would of never charged that much to just change a ring on a toilet. What a rip off

I got 3 quotes from Plumbing Plus, Bill Howe and Andy "The tankless plumber". The first two each told me something different, Bill Howe wanted to gouge me for almost $1,000 for a electrician they said I would need to install a new outlet for the unit (there is one 5 feet away that I plug my washer and dryer into). Plumbing Plus told me I would need a water softener system to make it run correctly, while Bill Howe said no it's not needed a better set up would be a whole house filter. It went on and on, Andy was my 3rd and final quote and boy I'm glad I called him! He told me I didin't need any of those things if I didn't want them, the heater itself comes with a filter that takes out all of the junk in our fine water here in San Diego. He broke it down, there are two different filter choices, he didn't do a hard sell or anything like that on any of it. You can tell he has been a plumber forever, knows his competition and his customer service and bids reflect that. He installed our water heater on Friday, it looks great, he cleaned up his mess along the way and when he was done. I would call him again in a heartbeat for our plumbing needs.

What an amazing company and what great customer service! I've used Dillon for my real estate customers and for my own home, and I've been impressed by their service and the quality of their work every time. They really go above and beyond to make sure you understand what needs to be done and why. One of their young plumbers even took the time to educate me about the water heater in my client's vacant home, explaining how a water heater should be handled during long periods of vacancy. And Teresa in the front office is a gem ~ so easy to work with. Dillon Plumbing will always get my business!

He gave a very fair estimate and we scheduled for a couple days out to allow for my new stove to be delivered. He took care of everything from pulling city permits, scheduling inspections and making sure my new stove was installed and ready to go for me with minimal down time. I'm thrilled to have such an awesome plumber to call for all my future needs. I highly recommend Sean for anything you need. I can't say enough about how wonderful and easy every aspect of the service has been.

He is so polite, very professional, communicative and take so much pride in his work. He was apprehensive at first to do an outdoor shower for liability purposes, but still came to spec the job, which I really appreciated. He ended up taking the job and was exciting about the challenge and the design and went as far as doing research on how he could make the water valves safe from freezing in the winter. He just went above and beyond every step of the way. I really appreciated the complementary home inspection of all the plumbing inside and outside the house PRIOR to starting any work. That was so smart and so nice and it actually turned out to be a life saver for me when he found a pin hole leak in a pipe underneath my house that had been leaking for weeks! I am not sure anyone else would have found that. Needless to say, he ended up fixing that, saving me a disaster down the road and getting the shower done in two visits. He worked non-stop all day, is very clean and neat and takes so much pride in his work. I highly recommend him! I am very happy :)

So for a few days the only way I'd get it to flush was to keep turning it off and on from behind the damn thing. I kept telling him, I just know this is gonna totally screw it up. It did. So wow! Turns out I knew one thing about toilets other than knowing how to use them haha! So he would fill the tank part up and if it was full, I'd be able to flush it. I was like...to hell with that. I'm not gonna get a bucket of water every time. Thankfully we have 2 bathrooms lol. We called the insurance company and they sent out Adam. Adam walks into just the doorway of my bathroom and knew right away what was wrong with it. He didn't even have to touch the thing (until he replaced the issue) and he knew. Pretty insane haha, but a good insane. He definitely knows his craft. He fixed the issue and it was done within a matter of minutes and I thankfully had a functioning toilet again. It's weird after years of having your own bathroom to all the sudden have to share the other bathroom with someone else or rather, he share with me lol. As far as plumbers go, Adam is the best we have ever dealt with and the guy is soooo unbelievably nice. Again, knows his job and knows it amazingly. Thank God the insurance company sent him vs anyone else. We all know a lot of these guys who come out to our houses for any kind of issue..roof, plumbing, anything, we all kinda hope and pray they'll be super nice guys and that's not always the case. We definitely lucked out this time. Not sure what Adam charges separately but from what I read in other reviews, they didn't seem to have issues with costs. If you're on a fixed income though, any plumber can cost a lot of $$... depending on the issue of course. Glad we have the insurance though haha. Thanks Adam for a great job. Will definitely remember him the next time we have any issue. If we use the insurance, we can hope he would come out, if not, Adam is definitely someone we'd call for help with an issue. Thanks again and thanks for reading, Yelperbowls! Cheers!
