I am not sure if Heena asked Yelp to take it down, but because she burned my sisters face, and then yelled at HER for it (in front of me and my mother) I am putting it back up with the clear disclaimer up front-Yes I was a paying customer in this situation. I've been going to Heena's for years. The truth is she's okay enough at eyebrows. But she's AWFUL at customer service!! I've watched over the years as this has significantly declined! One day after years of service from our family, my sister and I went to her for routine lip wax before her wedding. Heena doesn't do the waxing bc she is busy doing eyebrows so she has one of her girls do it. (fine). But these girls are not well trained and a bit haphazard, They often dont wait long enough for the wax to cool down. THEY ACTUALLY BURNED MY SISTERS FACE! Yes, for her WEDDING, she has DARK BURN MARKS on her chin. BUT THE STORY GETS BETTER! My sister went to talk to Heena with my mother the next day. HEENAS BEHAVIOR WAS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE WAS OUTRIGHT RUDE TO MY SISTER AND ACTUALLY THREATENED HER!! (What?!!! You have to know my sister and my mother are extremely sweet people who just wanted to know what they could do to fix the wedding pictures) The girl who did the actual wax was extremely sorry and apologized profusely, but heena gave my sister a hard time, told her SHE SHOULD HAVE HAD HER SIGN A RELEASE FORM SAYING THIS COULD HAPPEN SO THEY WOULDN'T BE LIABLE (hello, LOTS of girls get their lips/chin waxed and do not end up with burns!!). she GRUDGINGLY gave my sister her money back, BUT THEN TOLD ME AND MY FAMILY TO NEVER COME BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!! I mean all she had to do was say she was sorry, give the money back if she wanted and we would have continued being her (eyebrows only) customers....The most important thing was the apology....However she THREATENED my sister and my mother?!!! What??? MY SISTER'S WEDDING PICTURES ARE RUINED AND THIS WAS HER RESPONSE!!! We've been going there for years, and up until that point we were actually friendly, and my entire family was friendly with her!! I can only imagine how she would treat people that she hasn't known for years. Wow....Heena i'll be going to your competitor that is two doors down from you....Its not that hard and there are tons of competitors at your doorstep. I constantly get compliments on how well-shaped they are it's honestly unmatched. The owner is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about making sure every client leaves happy. The staff is just as amazing welcoming, kind, and always professional. I've also had lash lifts and brow laminations done here, and I can confidently say they use some of the best-quality products on the market. On top of that, I love coming here for haircuts. Whether it's a trim or a full cut, the stylist always cuts exactly what I ask for--never more, never less, which is so rare to find. They truly have a great touch with hair. I come regularly for touch-ups and absolutely love their blowouts. 10/10 salon. I've been coming here for years, and it will always be one of my favorite places--it genuinely feels like home.

Ladies are super sweet and mastered the art of threading eyebrows without holding the thread in their mouths like the previous technique! They have holders hanging from their neck! They have policies put in place (see attached pic) and they are very diligent in sanitizing the place! They have you fill out a questionnaire before you get there and take your temperature when you arrive! Whooo hoo! Now let's talk about her work... she did an amazing job! She started without asking me what I wanted but when I asked her what she was doing she did exactly what I wanted anyways AND it was beautiful! This is probably the first time my eyes didn't burn and the quickest full set I ever got! She also reshaped and tinted my eyebrows and that too was amazing. I told her how the last place botched them and she showed me exactly what she would do so that calmed my nerves.
