The only people inside when we arrived were staff, so I might have been skeptical if I had managed to wander in on my own. I have to say, I had an absolutely wonderful meal here. The Baingan Bharta - the one eggplant dish - was outstanding, with a hint of smokiness in the flavor that I haven't had before, but I really liked it. Chili naan was phenomenal if you like the heat like me, has chopped fresh chilis on it. Only feedback is it's called "lounge" but still they do not serve liquor, originally I thought they were waiting on the liquor license, not sure if they are. Most places that don't serve alcohol are BYOB and I don't believe this restaurant is. Most people like to have a drink with dinner, and don't mind grabbing their own. But if it's not permitted they'll choose someplace else for dinner. Maybe consider BYOB if that's possible, either until a liquor permit is requested or as an alternative. Hope to see this restaurant succeed!

I would describe it as like an Indian Chipotle, down to the kind of bowl they used and everything. Very good flavor, very filling, I was only able to eat half my meal. Service is attentive, the only thing was that I did have to wait a bit for my food, but I guess that's a good thing for them as being busy within so many options is definitely a good thing.

From what I've tried, everything was flavorful and delicious. This was my first time having a coconut chutney, and it was nice because the coconut really came through, but I preferred the other two chutneys with the dosa as well as the sambar. The mushroom pepper fries were very reminiscent to black pepper steak, but that's most likely because of the main seasoning being pepper.
