Because I liked Carlos', knowledge, professionalism, and clean work ethic, I told him I was going to request permission from my Home Warranty co to schedule Mr Appliance to assess issues with our Thermador microwave, and I was requesting only Carlos to be sent. I very easily was granted authorization because none of the techs sent out previously had the experience that Carlos had. He single handedly disassembled the oven unit, that others had hesitated to tackle. Carlos promptly assessed the issue, ordered the parts and today came over, installed the parts and now we have a functional microwave. Yeah!! I can not appreciate enough this gentleman's professionalism, expertise, courteousness and attention to detail. When he drives up, he wipes his feet, lays a pad on the floor where he lays his tools and item he's working on etc. That's very much appreciated.
