He arrived on time and it was immediately apparent to me he was both very experienced and very professional. He took care of the clog, being sure to get the plumbing snake all the way to the main drain line in the basement (clearing two clogs along the way). He brought me down into the basement so I could confirm he snaked to the main (peace of mind for me). Everything drains nicely now. He does more than just drain clearing (everything plumbing). He even answered some questions regarding other plumbing upgrades I am considering. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will certainly be using him again for any future plumbing work.
