It required some very complicated planning. John replied to my message immediately and we set up an appt for him to come look at the space and find out what my vision for this space was. He returned a reasonable bid and started the job shortly after our original meeting. I found John to be incredible at communication and being on time. He and Dillon were very respectful of my living space while the project was being constructed by cleaning up daily, laying a protective barrier on my floors to avoid any possibility of damage and they did an amazing job completing this project far beyond my expectations. It took longer than expected. lifetime was communicative. We had such a good experience we called them to add a window but they didn't seem interested. Did not come out to provide estimate. Said the "engineering" and permitting would be expensive. Instead, we worked with city building inspection/permitting. Wrote our own permit application, drew diagram, and paid the cheap fee of $30. All approved; no issues. Window was not of the quality we could have purchased from lifetime but at least I have a window in what was a previously dark cave of a bathroom! We will try to use them again in future if need arises. Don't confuse this company with Lifetime exteriors (I don't believe it's same company).

The building had a beautiful window and Joe seemed really nice but he made me uncomfortable because when he was showing me around his facility he always had a grin on his face and went out of his way to stand close enough to me that i could smell him. I ended up renting a space here for two months. After I dropped off my boat and trailer I went back the next day to get some things I forgot and when I got there the gate was left open. I drove in and Joe was inside my boat going through the drawers and all my things were spread out all over the place. He told me that I "left a light on" and that he was "just trying to turn if off." I took my trailer and boat home with me and I ended up taking it to Chinook RV storage in Portland off Marine Drive. Very professional people here, no weird employees wandering around and it was cheaper. Feel alot better about this place!
