I'm referring to meeting Ms. Judy Goldick of Regal Realty, in Schertz, TX. I met Judy pretty much accidentally, when I was about to give up trying to buy a house after a few months of rejections (by realtors, and by loan officers). My situation was not a typical one, having extremely limited resources and hoping to finally be able to buy a house for myself, at my old age. Since the beginning, when I met Judy, I could sense something very special: a realtor who truly cared, not only about her job, but mainly about her clients. She was amazing at explaining the whole process I'd need to go through to find a house, in a way that made sense, was clear to me, and made me feel that I could actually get to the point of owning a home. Judy detailed each and every step we needed to follow, the search, managing expectations, the details of the negotiation process, strategies, and the outcomes. For the first time I had truly been given not only all of the information I needed, but I had also been treated like the intelligent man I believe I am.
