When we sought clarification about the buyer, Ms. Price withdrew from open communication and involved corporate representatives who pressured us into finalizing the sale. The aftermath of this experience was significant and distressing. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend exercising caution when considering her services. While she presents herself as supportive and trustworthy, our outcome suggests otherwise. Update to Tami's response: You colluded with other agents you knew and priced our home to their liking. There was another offer on the table that you recommended we not take in place of your friend, whom you chose not to confide that her loan was contingent on her divorce. You consistently fought to get her everything she needed, even after I told you numerous times that I was uncomfortable with how much they were asking for. I cut off communication because you were not upfront about the transaction details and provided us with a runaround, including extra amendments in the paperwork that you also withheld from us. I hired a lawyer team, whom we chose not to pursue a suit due to the time/compensation analysis, and decided it was not worth pursuing; however, our lawyers agreed that you were acting in bad faith and misrepresented us. Additionally, pricing a home significantly below market value and then boasting about the time it took to close is undermining, especially since your efforts to find us another home were minimal. If that is what you call quality, Tami, my review speaks for itself. There were no threats thrown at you whatsoever, and I advise you to stop insinuating that there were because, once again, that is defamation of character by you. During our negotiations, I did not threaten you, and I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with your attorney to understand precisely what advice he provided, as I am sure it was nothing but a defense plan for your illegal actions.
